The office has an executive desk, ergonomic chair, computer with dual monitors, and a black & white printer. The high-speed Wi-Fi has been boosted to cover the entire home. Ceiling fans throughout the house and lanai keep the air moving.

Directly off the lanai with gorgeous water views, awake to the sound of the spa cascading into the pool from the spacious primary bedroom suite which has a brand-new king bed and a 55 TV. The large primary bath has a walk-in shower, luxury tub, dual sinks, and a vanity. A separate guest wing affords privacy, has more water views, and its bath conveniently doubles as a pool bath. There is also a 55 TVs in the guest bedroom and a 40 TV in the third bedroom. For those who want to sleep late (or if you want the kids to sleep late), the third bedroom has blackout curtains.

Our home is an easy five minutes to the beach and restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Fish from the dock or sit back and watch for dolphins. For your enjoyment, we have ample beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, collapsible coolers, tubes for the pool, beach toys, and boogie boards. Park in the attached garage with space for two more cars on the driveway. This is your perfect getaway!
