The Space:

Welcome to your spacious coastal sanctuary on Marco Island, designed for ultimate relaxation and luxury. This expansive five-bedroom home features bright, open-plan living spaces with high ceilings and large windows framing beautiful water views.



Sleeping Arrangements:

First Floor:

Primary Bedroom: King bed, direct access to the pool deck.

Second Bedroom: King bed.

Third Bedroom: Queen bed.

Second Floor:

Fourth Bedroom: Queen bed and a daybed.

* Fifth Bedroom: Queen bed, mini fridge, bar, and private balcony access.



With three full bathrooms and one half bath, all stocked with essentials, the home provides ample convenience. A dedicated office space is equipped with a printer and high-speed internet, perfect for remote work. For fitness, a full set of dumbbells and a yoga mat are provided.



Gourmet Kitchen & Dining:

The heart of the residence is a modern white kitchen with a striking blue countertop and state-of-the-art appliances. It's fully equipped with a drip coffee maker, a K-Cup machine, a dishwasher, and all essentials for meal preparation. Enjoy plenty of dining space with three kitchen tables and additional seating at the island.

The open living area flows seamlessly into your private outdoor paradise. The screened-in lanai features a private swimming pool and a soothing hot tub. A spacious patio with comfortable seating and a fireplace invites you to enjoy alfresco dining and sunset barbecues with the provided gas grill. Our waterfront location offers direct access to the canal, with sweeping views of the beautiful neighborhood.



Guest Access:

Guests will have complete and private access to the entire house and its grounds. This includes all five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bath, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and the dedicated office space.



Waterfront Amenities:

Exclusive use of the dock for water activities. You are welcome to tie up your boat directly to the dock (boat lift is not available).

Extra dock bumpers for your convenience.

A lit plexiglass panel allows you to watch fish swimming below.

Functional kayak lift with two kayaks, including a fishing kayak for exploring the mangroves.

Two fishing poles, a simple tackle box, and a fish cleaning table on the dock.



Additional Conveniences:

Parking for four cars on the premises, including one garage space.

Eleven beach chairs, a beach wagon, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided for your beach outings.

Getting Around:

Getting around Marco Island is most convenient by car, and we provide free parking on the premises for your ease. While public transportation options are limited on the island, having a vehicle allows you to reach the pristine shores of Tigertail Beach and South Marco Beach in just five minutes. For travelers flying into the area, Southwest Florida International Airport is approximately a one-hour drive from the property. We recommend renting a vehicle to fully enjoy the island's attractions at your own pace.
