Drive to 45 min to Jet Blue Park or various other Major League Baseball spring time ball games. During your stay, you will have full access to all areas of the house and its amenities. This includes the luxurious heated saltwater pool, the stylish outdoor living area, and the fully-equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a modern grill, ample countertop space, a sink, an icemaker, a refrigerator, and bar seating.
Guests can also enjoy the well-equipped fitness area inside the house, which includes free weights, a bench, and an elliptical machine. Additionally, the property features a spacious garage and ample parking.
For your convenience, you will have access to all appliances, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only area that is off-limits is the housekeeper's closet, a long rectangular closet located in the hallway. Additionally, please do not touch the irrigation controls, osmosis water system, water sprinklers, pool control, the well, or the boat lift equipment on the dock. No boats are allowed at the dock. Guest Do Not have access to boat lift. No boats are permitted on lift, side of dock, or sea wall.
