Best location right on the beach shortest distance to the ocean in Marco. It is also within walking distance 1/2 mile to 10 restaurants or enjoy 3 mile walk along the beach. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, pickle ball, and tennis courts. Rent jet skis for the day, go paddle boarding, kayaking in the finger channels, fishing excursions the possibilities are endless in Marco. Watch dolphins from the beach or balcony. Weekly or monthly rentals available. New comfortable beds king and queen, appliances, completely new furnished/decorated top to bottom, All the beach gear you need, and excellent cookware in fully stocked kitchen to enjoy all the conveniences of home. New tankless water heater and UV light for AC added. Stacked washer and dryer in the unit. We have spared no expense in finishing this place from comfort to feel.
Master bedroom has new king bed and mattress. Second bedroom has 2 new queen bunk beds with pull out twin XL trundle. Pull out sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room. Pack and play is also found in the master closet for use with sheets and extra memory foam cushion. Max allowed in condo is 6 persons per condo regulations. We love using our place frequently with our whole family or friends, see what you’re missing and try out our fabulous home away from home. From enjoying the finest restaurants, to shopping, dolphin watching, shelling, going fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, volleyball, jet skiing, bike rental, chartered boats. There are endless ways to spend your time here in Marco. Come see what everyone is talking about.

First, you cannot beat the view of the beautiful beach and ocean from the 17th floor. The unit is “cozy,” but this makes it all good!! Michael and Tonya could not be more attentive to our needs, answering questions or concerns and taking care of our needs VERY promptly. The condo has been beautifully renovated, nice bathrooms and kitchen! The kitchen is very well appointed, with anything you could need! Also, the storage closet is stocked full of beach chairs, pickleball sets and more! We would DEFINATELY recommend and stay again

The whole place was lovely. Wonderful view. Bed was comfy, kitchen outfitted perfectly with everything you could need. Furniture was perfect for the place. Also having all the beach chairs and beach things were a plus. Hosts were immediately responsive to a problem we had with ice maker. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed over Thanksgiving week. Enjoyed this spot. Can watch beach and beach goers from the balcony. Found lots of shells and saw fish and dolphins while walking the beach which is only an elevator ride and about 35 steps to the beach OR pool and hot tub. Plus there is a nice selection of chairs, coolers, canopy, sand toys and more in the room/locker. Condo had all the needed kitchen, bath and living amenities with a bright, clean and relaxed beach vibe! Several places to eat near by. We enjoyed Sunset Grill next door, and the famous Snook Inn near Rose Marina about 10 minute drive away. Highly recommend and thankful we made this choice.

We had a great stay! Condo was super clean. We had lots of beach gear to use which was greatly appreciated! We loved the balcony and had amazing views of the sunset. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Multigenerational Vacation

We just returned from a wonderful week in Marco Island with our children and grandchildren. The Sea Winds condo was the perfect spot for us to enjoy the beautiful weather, beaches, restaurants and local attractions. The view from the 17th floor was breathtaking and the unit was lovely-clean, comfortable and stocked with everything a beach vacation needed. We highly recommend this penthouse unit! Marvelous Marco!

This place was amazing! We spent a week at this well appointed condo with three teenagers for spring break. Not only did we have plenty of sleeping options for everyone, the unit is as described and views are second to none! Check in was one of the easiest that we have experienced and the owners were super responsive to any questions we had. Book this place…it’s worth every penny!

Kitchen well stocked, view wonderful. Beds comfortable. .After that, insulting! Front door filthy and was the first warning that the owners were indifferent.Couch was badly stained. No chair in the living area. lighting was HORRIBLE. Had to get up and unplug the reading light in the bedroom. In the other bedroom room I had to bring in the only lamp in the livingroom in order to see to pack. The toilet holder was broken. I understand the owners want to make money, but this was a new low and we have rented a lot. Again, insulting. Showed a sad lack of pride on the part of the owners. We left a day early.

Incomparable views of the Gulf

Just returned from a two week winter getaway. The property was exactly as described and portrayed in the pictures. Clean and comfortable inside and nicely furnished balcony to enjoy the sunsets. We will definitely return.

This condo was exactly as pictured with modern decor and was spotless. The balcony was a perfect spot for viewing those beautiful Marco island sunsets. We had all the room and amenities needed for a wonderful week.

Great Ocean View!

This was our 2nd time staying in a condo at Sea Winds. Both stays have been great - easy access to the beach and the ocean front patio provides a great view of the ocean and beach. This unit was equipped with everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and a sun ninja. The king bed was comfy and the unit was very clean when we arrived. The check in process was very easy.

Perfect Marco Island vacation spot

Had a fantastic Marco Island vacation watching the sunset every night from the balcony of this beautiful ocean front condo, steps from the beach, & close to restaurants and excursions. This condo offers so many more amenities than a hotel ( 2 bathrooms/ washer dryer/ full kitchen/ beach chairs & toys, etc) and of course that million dollar view! ❤️ definitely recommend! A+++

Family get away

Great place! Close to beach.

The condo was perfect for our family. Just 4 of us stayed in condo as we had family in other condos at same complex! The walk to beach was quick and easy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Condo had everything we needed and more!

Stayed here one week ago, and virtually everything was fantastic. The location and beach are ideal. Easy check-in and out, and communication with the host was fantastic. The unit had every small detail needed. Would certainly stay again.

Great place to stay

This is a great condo. The big positives - the view is amazing, nicely decorated, very clean, nice patio, well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in the condo, nice pool and beach area, plus the condo has everything you need for the beach (towels, chairs, noodles, beach bag, coolers, a few beach toys, etc. There was even a sun ninja for shade). Less positive things - it’s on the smaller side so bathroom vanities are small and the bedrooms don’t allow room for much drawer space for clothing. But the positives of this condo far outweigh the negatives. There is public beach access super close by so the beach got crowded at times but that wasn’t a big deal to us. We saw dolphins from our condo and manatee from the beach in front of the property. Sunsets are beautiful! There’s a great restaurant -Sunset Grill - right next door that is oceanfront with decent food and you can watch the sunset from their patio. Condo owners are very responsive! Check in/check out was super easy. We take beach vacations regularly and rent oceanfront condos each time - this one is probably in our top five. We highly recommend and would stay here again if we come back to Marco Island. Thanks to the owners for all you do to make this condo a home away from home.
