Entire upstairs offers a massive master suite complete with king bed. Downstairs bedrooms complete with Bedroom 1 - King bed, Bedroom 2 - 2 Queen beds, Bedroom 3 - Queen bed. Flat screen tvs throughout the house.

4 bikes provided and located in the garage.

Beautiful home! Just enjoyed my family time with my children and Grand-baby. There could have been a better equipped kitchen and the overall cleanliness of house. The hot tub was not working but Dan quickly responded to resolve the problem. We also were able to rent baby supplies such as a height chair, crib and wagon stroller which was amazing. Overall we were pleased and items that we were. Not were quickly addresses. Thank you Harborview

Last summer getaway

The house was wonderful. Great location on the canal and to town. The outside patio with the pool and jacuzzi was perfect for morning coffee or afternoon/ evening gatherings. Lots of towels, beach towels, kayaks, paddle boards , charts, etc. Extra refrigerator in the garage was nice to have. The managing company was very thorough and prompt with messaging. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house, wonderful view!

We stayed over Christmas 2024 and everything was perfect! This house is even more beautiful in person. From the moment you step in and see the pool and water in the background, it was total relaxation. Love the layout and the kitchen is beautiful. A welcome surprise was finding a Christmas tree in a closet. We bought decor and it immediately gave us the Florida Christmas we were looking for. We rented a pontoon boat for a few days and it was no issue tying up to the dock. Location on the water couldn’t have been better. We will definitely stay there, again!

Plumbing issue in kitchen sink

We arrived on Thursday evening and woke up the next morning with the area under the kitchen sink, as well as the kitchen floor, flooded. We mopped up all the water with towels and removed everything under the kitchen sink to see where the leak was coming from, checked pipes, garbage disposal etc. but we could not see a leak coming from the pipes. We left for the day, came back again to wet floors and under sink flooded again. We cleaned up and still couldn’t locate a leak. In the meantime we had notified property management who indicated that they could not have a plumber out until Monday as it was the weekend. So after having to turn water off under kitchen sink, the kitchen sink still flooded again that evening and then again on Sunday. This was a big inconvenience considering this happened the first morning of our stay. We could not use kitchen sink, garbage disposal or dishwater for our entire stay. On Monday morning a plumber did arrive bright and early as we were packing up (another inconvenience). Turns out the plumber said it was a backed up “sewage relief pipe” which was why it would flood unpredictably. Stephen, our host, indicated that they would compensate us for the inconvenience of not being able to use the kitchen sink and having to mop up the soaked floors multiple times (and wash the towels multiple times), however a few weeks have passed and they have yet to compensate us anything.

Lovely home & location

Comfortable and spacious home with amazing sunrise and sunset views. Daily dolphin visits were a treat. Relaxing and peaceful neighborhood. There are a few things that need updating or replaced, but we had a fabulous time regardless. We were looking forward to having use of the bicycles, but they need repairs. Plenty of room for a large group with lots of seating options both indoors and outdoors.

Home was beautiful great location close to the beach although there were some issues with the pool had several contacts with pool company and management company definitely needs some updating in regards to the pool and spa directions and service

BAD EXPERIENCE- House needs attention

Upstairs temp was 79 and late afternoon 82. Downstairs is 76 even after it was worked on. Upstairs hasn't been below 78 not to mention water was turned off for a day due to leak without any notice. What the heck! We have had the worst experience and paid way too much for this. Had to go buy fans to even be able to stay and we had people from SC fly in town. Was suppose to be vacation. But Thank God the pool was cool or we would not have been able to make it at all. I also washed kitchen baseboards with Clorox clean up because they were so nasty when we arrived. You can definitely tell the home has issues and no one is taking care of it, only quick fixes that aren’t working. AC repair person said he knew the house well. Guessing lots of visits. Maybe owners just won’t have the correct repairs made who knows but management company should know their properties because this ac issue hasn’t just started.

Great Week in Marco Island

Great location and house with plenty of size for 7 and could have been a few more. Had boat rental dropped off at home dock and away we went! Would highly recommend this house and plan to return!!!

Great island getaway

Our family enjoyed this home very much. The property manager was very responsive. Having the boat lifts and dock were great for our fishing family. The screened pool was a great way to cool off after a day in the sun. We will definitely stay here again. Tip: there were no supplies in the home so make sure to bring hand soaps for all sinks, and all bathroom and kitchen products you need.

Beautiful location but the house.....

This property is in a beautiful location with dolphins in your backyard. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the property in the evening, there were no instructions whatsoever how to work the jacuzzi and the how to raise the temperature in the pool. Also, the ice maker was not working in either refrigerator. When I inquired the next day, I was told that it wasn't working and that they hadn't replaced the refrigerator yet but were aware of it. Wow...That would have been nice to know in advance, especially since we had already been to the grocery store that evening and now had no ice for drinks. The house was clean for the most part, but the kitchen cabinets were full of dust inside and out and there were cobwebs on the lighting fixtures. I guess for a 2.2 million dollar home, I expected a bit more. We had an unexpected visitor on Sunday, the 4th day of our stay. He just walked right on to our patio from the back porch door, barely spoke English and wanted to fix a glass block on the jacuzzi. We told him to leave immediately. A heads up that he was scheduled to come to the house during our stay would have been appreciated. All and all, communication with the property manager was non existent unless I initiated it and there were no instructions on how to work anything. The house was sparsely decorated with a lot of nails in the walls and nothing hanging from them... no attention to detail. It was comical. A huge master shower with a tiny shower head.. a joke. We had a wonderful time, and looked beyond the problems with the house. In the future, I do not think we will ever rent from this property management company again.
