This well-appointed property boasts a private screened-in pool featuring a waterfall for you to enjoy. Families can decide between enjoying the private pool, nearby beach, or lakeside park right next door!
Guest access
Guest have private access to the entire home and garage. Includes: 4 brand new beach cruiser bicycles, 4+ beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, beach towels, pool towels, etc.

Other things to note
Our home is extensively sanitized between stays. Come and enjoy!

Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.

Great Clean Home

Nice, clean home! They do need to update the listing as this is NOT a 4 bedroom, only 3 total. No instructions on how to turn the pool on which led to chilly water and no swimming during our stay. Our fault though for not reaching out to the property management company to find out how. House is a tiny bit dated but VERY clean. Would recommend.

En general todo fue excelente . Nos rentamos por cuatro noche y luego retomamos dos noches más . Lo único q podemos señalar en esta propiedad y no es nada q impidiera pasarla súper bien en ella , fue detalles de limpieza , la lámpara del comedor estaba llena de tela araña , los filtros de aire sucio al igual la cristalería del lugar . Pero esto no significó nada .es algo q les dejo saber constructivamente . Nuestra estancia en su propiedad fue de 5 estrellas . Muchas gracias por todo . Con seguridad regresaremos .

The house was. Lose to the park and the kids loved it. The pool was great for the kids and the property seems to be in the middle of everything. The property manager was one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you

Good location away from the beach

The house was well equipped with comfortable beds/furniture and a nice pool. this property is good for smaller families looking for a pool next to a big, nice park. It’s a long walk or drive to the beach. The bikes provided made it convenient to ride to restaurants and the beach.

Nice House!

House was as described. Very responsive during stay when we had some issues and the issues were resolved quickly. The house is a little far from bars and restaurants, a little too far for walking distance. The swimming pool is a great addition.

Quiet little neighborhood

Very relaxing and peaceful getaway spot. Right next to the park which adds a little life and accessible for good walks and biking. We thoroughly enjoyed our time of peace and relaxation. Highly recommend for some down time and beautiful island attendance.

Enjoyable stay

This VRBO was easy to check into, conveniently located, and the pool was great. It is more outdated, but relatively clean and well-kept. We had an issue with a couple of outlets and the tv that was accidentally shut off by a light switch. Other than that at this property worked out well for three couples. A few too many messages from the management, but overall good.

Family Beach Trip to Marco

I was a little scared at first because some of the reviews of the property had mentioned it being very dirty, and I had my mother- in law traveling with us who arrived a day earlier than us and texted me about how immaculate and awesome the house was! The only thing I noticed that was even a little dirty was the bottom of the pool and that is just from normal use of a pool. The location of this house was also amazing! The park was wonderful for the 8- and 13-year-old traveling with us to go meet other kids. The park also had a movie night and Halloween event which was great as well for the kids and then fishing and biking for us adults. The house did provide bikes to use while we were there. We had a 9-month traveling with us also and I loved how the house provided a pack and play, sheets and a highchair to use while we stayed. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi not working which definitely was a downfall, but it was due to the aftermath of the hurricane, and they reimbursed us some for it not working which most owners would not do. Everyone in our group loved the house and we are hoping to rent it again next year the same week when we return to Marco Island!

Mis-advertising of house

The pictures were not accurate to the house itself. The lawn hadn't been mowed in weeks, the pool hadn't been cleaned, beer bottles in the pool). Couldn't use the pool until the last day of the trip. The cleanliness wasn't the best either (air vents, fans clumped with dust, electrical outlets not working) 2 of 4 Bicycle tires flat ( tube issue not air) Clearly the maintenance on the house is not consistent and just charging customers for cleaning fees and not utilizing the money for those services. I had to send several messages before I got a response and someone came out. At that point, we only had 1 day left of a 5 day trip. I would never use this house or any house associated with the property management group again.
