Pet-Friendly Inland Home | Resort Style Yard & Pool

If you’re in the center of Marco Island, then you’re sure to be able to experience everything that the island has to offer. Luckily, that’s exactly what you get with this 1,200 square foot house. It sleeps eight, with one king bed, one queen, two twin beds, one sleeper sofa, two bathrooms, and a one-car garage. Well, it technically sleeps nine if you include your furry friend. That’s right, this is one of Marco Island’s exclusive dog-friendly homes.

The heart of this house is located on the patio and backyard, where you’ve got your own private getaway. Your experience here is significantly amplified, as you’re able to float in the heated pool or relax in the sun on the chairs day in and day out. With the provided outdoor gas grill, a poolside barbecue for the entire family would be the perfect meal.

The beat of the outside continues to flow throughout the inside. Sun floods and brightens spacious rooms of sand-inspired tile floors. Sliding glass doors give you a constant backdrop of paradise. Comfy and stylish furnishings and seaside sculptures, paintings, and décor mix perfectly together to produce a serene seaside feel in every room. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans let you find just the right comfort level as you watch cable on the big screen television or use the free wi-fi to go online.

The open kitchen features granite countertops and comes fully stocked with all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to serve a family dinner or entertain guests on the lanai. It’s also equipped with a blender, so that you can end your day with a tropical drink in your hand while watching the setting sun paint the sky a breath-taking orange.

When it’s time to explore Marco Island, you’ll find something breath-taking in every direction. To the west, you’ve got one of the world’s finest beaches. The Paradise Coast is famous for its warm sands, spectacular sunsets, and endless watersports. Take an exhilarating parasail ride high above the ocean, charter a fishing boat, rent a jet ski or eco tour, or relax on the beach with a good book and let the soft waves work their calming magic. Your house comes with everything you need for a day at the beach including beach towels, chairs, cooler, and umbrella.

To the north, you’ll discover world-class shopping at Marco Town Center. There are chic boutiques, with everything from fun beachwear to high fashion, grocery store, and plenty of fabulous dining options. They even have weekly concerts at the gazebo.

Just south of the house, you’ll find Mackle Park, where your kids can spend hours of fun in the playground, basketball court, or splash pad while you enjoy a scenic trail around a pond. When you return home after a long, exhilarating day, the beds, linens and towels provided, and warm tropical night air send you into a deep and peaceful slumber.

Wonderful home!

We absolutely loved this home! The layout was perfect and the neighborhood was excellent! With having children and younger dogs, I was worried about being in a new location with new sounds and lots of new people. But the neighborhood was very quiet and calm. The house was very clean and the pool was well taken care of. Highly recommend!
