  • Picture perfetta vista del tramonto da questo condominio 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni recentemente rinnovato con tutti i nuovi mobili! 3 TV HD con funzionalità di streaming e wifi gratuito ad alta velocità. Letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli nella camera degli ospiti. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale con un materasso memory foam per ospiti extra. Il balcone si estende dal soggiorno alla camera da letto principale, con molto spazio per gustare un caffè o un pasto mentre si affaccia su Tigertail Beach e l'area piscina riscaldata. Tutte le nuove finestre e porte; nuovi pavimenti piastrellati. La cucina ha nuovi armadi, ripiani, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde. I due bagni sono puliti con nuovi armadi. I proprietari hanno fornito carrelli da spiaggia, un dispositivo di raffreddamento, sedie a sdraio e ombrellone, insieme a 2 racchette e palline da tennis.
    Attività divertenti proprio a Tigertail Beach: SUP (stand up paddleboard) e noleggio kayak.
    Attività NW nei Mari del Sud: campi da tennis, da pickleball, bocce, shuffleboard, scivoli in barca.
    La colazione e la pizza / ristorante italiano più amati di Marco sono a pochi passi (1/2 miglio), insieme ad alcuni negozi. Guarda i nidi di gufi scavatori mentre vieni lì.

Great condo! Awesome view of the sunset from the balcony. Condo was clean and well stocked. Walked to beach each day and used the supplied beach chairs and umbrella. We also enjoyed the pool water was warm! Great view of pool from balcony as well. Communication with the rental company was good before we arrived and they also sent reminders about check out procedures. Would definitely stay again

We had a great week on Marco. The condo was updated, perfectly appointed and clean with an amazing view. The beachfront complex really has all you could ask for including a gym, tennis and pickleball courts.

We love the South Seas Club and this unit was well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Freshly decorated/updated. Great view of the Gulf and Pool from the balcony. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys for kids. What a great unit. We’ll be back for sure!

Lovely condo

We had a wonderful 28 day stay. The view was magical at sunset. Condo contained all the standard things we needed. It was clean and in great condition. Everything was close by. You could walk to many places but probably want a car. Went to many local restaurants and all were good. Beach is beautiful but kind of a long walk, especially with children but the pool is beautiful as well. We loved it so much we bought our own condo in the same building. Can't wait to return for years to come.

Property was cleaned and comfortable, all the description was accurate and the location was beautiful. We did not experience any issue and the check in/out process was smooth. We had a great time!

Great unit, sunset view. Building at the beach, but with a long walk to the water.

Our stay was great. The unit is fully equipped with high quality knives, silverware, cookware and dishes; beach carts and everything else you need to enjoy the beach (chairs, umbrella, etc). you also will have a great sunset view and access to a heated pool. Laundry is outside the unity. We had issues with the toilet on both bathrooms, but we learnt that all units of that building seem to have the same issue. If you didn't catch that, parking is $50/car per week and only one car can be parked on the covered garage. Security deposit payment is made directly to the property manager and should be returned two weeks after you leave the property (we left 19 days ago and they still didn't mail ours - although they confirmed days ago that everything was good and the check would be mailed soon. We are still following up on that). The building front gate is locked after 5pm so don't forget your keys if you leave after that! The building is at the beach, but the sand is a long, very long walk to the water... We had a baby with us so the walk was not exactly good for the back and forth for his naps. There is a small "bay" on the right of the building where you can enjoy the water, although there is no sand, bud kind of a mud. Oh, and don't miss the path that there is by crossing that bay – just pay attention to what the others are doing and go! You will save a great deal of walking to the beach (although will be soaked to your waist by crossing it).

amazing property

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the property. All we needed was there and in working condition. Great views of the sunset and also the city. We highly recommend it. Can’t wait to go back!!
