The Condo was just remodeled and ready to go for 2023. Two King Size Bedrooms , Two Baths. Sofa Bed
Closet full of beach equipment,. Relax at the Pool.. Walk to great restaurants.
Internet and Cable TVs in each room.
HUGE pickle ball community that plays every day from 8am to 12am, 12 courts available
The beach starts just a short walk beyond the resort pool and continues for miles and provides amazing shelling, strolling along the water, and timeless relaxation.
Use the Beach cart full of chairs, umbrella & toys. Extra Large Beach Towels also.
Tigertail Beach is a short walk to the north of the building located on the protected nature preserve (5 miles long). They have kayaks and paddle boats for rent also.
Dine out in the many nearby on-island restaurants that range from beach casual to fine dining and everything in between.
The gated community complex is complete with large pool, workout facility, Pickle ball and tennis courts. Docks with boat slips available for weekly & monthly rentals. Bike Rentals too.
You will receive a welcome packet & set of keys before your trip that will have detailed directions for checking in and information about the Condo, Complex and the Island.
Direct contact with the owners for any questions.
No Children under the age of 12
The primary Guest must be 25 or older.
NO Smoking or Vaping is Not allowed in or around the property.
NO Pets are allowed.
Guests will need to register with South Seas Tower upon check-in. They will be charged a one time $100 parking/registration fee.
Owners Contract will be asked to be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Excellent Condo, Great location
We had a wonderful stay on Marco Island.
The condo was very clean and comfortable.
The owner David was very pleasant to communicate with and offered lots of information about the local area and restaurants. Highly recommend this property

Winderful Condo and location
Beautiful Condo, had everything and more that we needed. Beach was beautifil wuth the most amazong sea shelks. Beach cart, chairs and umbrella were great. Pool and condo grounds were also great. Dave was responsive and gave great restaurant suggestions, etc. My husband and I and sister and husband had an outstanding week long vacation. We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay on Marco Island
Everything about our stay was perfect.
David checked in from the moment we booked through the end to make sure things were great and to answer any questions.
The condo was very clean and exactly like the photos. It is well stocked with all the essentials.
The view from the balcony was amazing. Tigertail was pretty empty most of the time, so it was a really peaceful and neat view overlooking wildlife and the ocean in the background.
The walk to the beach is definitely longer than most oceanfront condos, but we didn't think it was that bad (even in Aug).
We loved walking along the ocean to the north. Sunsets were amazing. And we found so many unique sea shells and sand dollars.
We can't wait to visit again.

Exactly as shown
Condo EXACTLY as shown. Clean, newly renovated, and spacious. View of the bay super amazing. Saw Manatees! Owner is EXCEPTIONAL! Checked in with us periodically and made sure we had everything we needed. You won’t be disappointed!!!!
