Gorgeous Sun Sets looking over Tigertail beach from the Quiet 10th Floor balcony. (Non-Pool side)

The Condo was just remodeled and ready to go for 2023. Two King Size Bedrooms , Two Baths. Sofa Bed

Closet full of beach equipment,. Relax at the Pool.. Walk to great restaurants.

Internet and Cable TVs in each room.

HUGE pickle ball community that plays every day from 8am to 12am, 12 courts available

The beach starts just a short walk beyond the resort pool and continues for miles and provides amazing shelling, strolling along the water, and timeless relaxation.

Use the Beach cart full of chairs, umbrella & toys. Extra Large Beach Towels also.

Tigertail Beach is a short walk to the north of the building located on the protected nature preserve (5 miles long). They have kayaks and paddle boats for rent also.

Dine out in the many nearby on-island restaurants that range from beach casual to fine dining and everything in between.

The gated community complex is complete with large pool, workout facility, Pickle ball and tennis courts. Docks with boat slips available for weekly & monthly rentals. Bike Rentals too.

You will receive a welcome packet & set of keys before your trip that will have detailed directions for checking in and information about the Condo, Complex and the Island.

No Children under the age of 12

The primary Guest must be 25 or older.

NO Smoking or Vaping is Not allowed in or around the property.

NO Pets are allowed.

Guests will need to register with South Seas Tower upon check-in. They will be charged a one time $100 parking/registration fee.

Owners Contract will be asked to be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Beautiful spot for a beach vacation

The condo was exactly as described and incredibly clean. We really liked the location of this condo, looking out over Tigertail Beach. The sunsets are unbelievable! Beds were super comfy and kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast, lunch, and prepping for beach picnics! We loved everything about our stay!

Centrally located in Marco. Short walk to Tiger Tail beach and excellent view of the Gulf and beach - we enjoyed the sunsets! Condo was very clean and well furnished. The owner provided detailed and helpful check in instructions and dining tips. Overall great experience.

Rough start to vacation!!

When we first arrived at the property there was a massive rain storm and all the power was out in the building so we couldn’t make it to a 10th floor apartment my husband and daughter proceeded to walk up the steps with suitcases which was exhausting. when I contacted the owner David he was quick to help send Tom (By the way which was awesome) he got the elevators working and we were able to get up to the condo with no power. However David offered us a free dinner on him due to the inconvenience of having no power when first arrived. Very nice gesture however I have yet to be paid back by him now it’s was going on two weeks and I haven’t received any money I don’t think that’s right when someone offers you something and you don’t receive it. The way he’s been going about it has been very unprofessional if you offer somebody something you should pay it the night or the next day after . There were other issues with the property as far as air condition not working. Men working on the building drilling all you hear from early to Late afternoon. Also a very far walk from the beach to the condo if you have small children or elderly I don’t recommend this place it’s over a mile to walk to get to the beach. The condo is very very clean and well equipped with a beautiful view however due to the circumstances I will not be returning to this place.

Amazing sunset views

Great central location with amazing sunset views over Tigertail Beach. Condo was well- equipped including helpful cart and beach gear to make trips down to the beach easy. Owner very helpful in offering shopping and restaurant suggestions.

Family Vacation July 2024

The check in process was smooth and the place was exactly as described. David did an excellent job of giving us places to go visit and dine at. David supplies all the beach equipment that is needed for a great time at the beach. If there was ever a question or need, David was always easy to reach. I would definitely recommend this place and would plan on renting from him again.

Beautiful Condo

Loved the condo and location, especially with the view over Tigertail beach. Would definitely stay again when returning to Marco. David provides everything you need to enjoy a great day at the beach, including the beach buggy which is a must. No issues, no surprises, David was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.
