  • The walk to the beach is 7 minutes. This remodeled home has tons of offerings. A lot of thought has gone into this property to make your stay on Marco Island one of your best. The home itself turned out amazing, and almost everything is new! Like countless times on this listing I am telling you how close you are to the beach and a lot more outdoor activities, but that isn't even half of it. When it is time to relax in the heated salt water pool with a hot tub that both are set to exactly the same temperature as the JW Marriott, I have you covered there with plenty of floats and toys. For those who prefer shade, the covered lanai has comfy lounge area as well as a nice dining table for eating meals al fresco!

    For walking to the beach, the house is equipped with a beach cart, beach buggy, chairs, multiple coolers and umbrellas. Also there are 4 bikes in the garage when you want to ride around our beautiful island and explore.

    And don't worry if the sun is not shining. There are plenty of indoor games to keep you amused. You and your guests will love the fast action of the 89" air hockey table, challenging each other to chess or checkers at the pub table or winning at the king size "Connect 4" game. Enjoy the recessed ambient lighting in the common area rooms after dark. The home has a total of 4 TV's.: the master and the guest room each have 55" smart TV's., while the living room and game room both have 65" smart TV's.

    Hopefully you will enjoy our many delicious restaurants on Marco Island, but if you want to cook at home, you will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and grilling area. It has everything you will need to prep and cook... just bring your own catch (even if it's from the market!) If there's something in the kitchen that you may need that's not provided, I would really like to know! I think I've thought of everything.

    Check in is a breeze at the Waves House. You will receive your personal combination to the garage and front door so you don't have to worry about the hassle of picking up and returning keys.

Beach vacation

Stayed a week in this awesome house. We loved our stay and didnt miss the snow back home. Our host was very responsive and not intrusive. Will definitely stay here again if its available!

Had a lovely stay with my husband, our 2 daughters (ages 5 and 1), and my mom. Pool was great, and short walk to the beach. House is beautifully maintained and equipped.

Easy breezy

We had an absolutely amazing time. The property was exactly as pictured, clean and beautiful with everything you could need and very centralized. A short walk to a beautiful beach with even better sunsets. Matt was absolutely amazing and made sure our stay was comfortable and easy, we're looking forward to coming back!

Everything we needed for a great stay!

We stayed here as a family for spring break. The house was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. Everything was as-described or better and the owner did a great job to have all the little extras (beach gear, cooking stuff, etc.) in place that made our stay a breeze. The pool was great and everything about the property was in outstanding condition. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great Conference Alternative to JW Marriott

We were in town for a conference at the JW Marriott and this home worked perfect with an infant and two little kids. The walk over to the conference was easy, the public beach was a short walk, and the house worked perfectly. The host was responsive and great. We will definitely stay again when back in town for the conference!

AMAZING Location!!

This WONDERFUL, single family rental is in the perfect location! We loaded up the provided beach wagon and chairs every day and walked a few short minutes to the beach. Great salt-water pool, clean home and comfy beds. :) We will be back!

This property is in a prime location!!! The house has everything you need for your stay. Close to beach, restaurants, mini golf, etc. Perfect for families with little kids. I strongly recommend staying here! Kids had a blast playing air hockey!!!

Absolutely Perfect

We can't say enough about this home. The location is excellent and within walking distance to everything. The home was exceptionally clean and fully equipped including a garage full of "extras" to allow for a fun day at the beach or a bike ride around town. The homeowner was excellent and communicated very well with us making us feel comfortable and well cared for. We will definitely be coming back.

Highly Recommend

Although our trip was short, we are so grateful we found this gem of a house! It checked all the boxes for our first family vacation with our toddler (2 YO). Matt was amazingly responsive to all of our questions before our trip and always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. We hope to be back again soon!
