Great location and layout for our group of eight. The house was well equipped, although it could use some updating. It did take us a couple of days to get the hot tub figured out and to the right temp. It turns out that it had been turned down previous yo our check in. Otherwise, no issues.

Little piece of paradise

My family stayed a week for our vacation. The house was better than I expected. Very clean, well stocked and plenty of room for my family of 8 to spread out. The beach was a 5 minute bike away. The outdoor backyard was our favorite. From the large roofed wrap around porch, the pool and spa, and the tiki covered dock that my family spent days fishing off of. The management is very communicative, answer questions very quickly. We can’t wait to come back next year and book this home again.

Marco trip

The house was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Nice new BBQ grill too. Pool and hot tub were great. The Property Manager was very good too. Overall it was outstanding.

New Year's Family Stay

We had a great time. Property is in a great location, near the beach and great restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed the Lanai with pool, hot tub, and second dining table. We will stay here again.

Perfect Location and Property

The house and location on this rental was amazing. The house was spacious, with the bedrooms spread out so no one felt as if they were on top of each other. The house was very well appointed and the furniture was really comfortable. The exterior living space was very comfortable and provided lots of options for sun/ no sun locations! Also, while no one wants to experience issues on vacation, we did have a hiccup with the house. The team from Harborview Rentals, in particular Dan, went out of their way to make sure everything got fixed and gave great local eats tips while doing it. He was a pleasure and made sure we stressed about nothing!

Perfect location

The house was wonderful, we were within walking distance of not only the beach but lots of different places to eat and shop. The back patio view was great and the house had everything we needed. Property management was quick to respond to all questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Nice house but Pool only worked 2 days

Prior to arrival I had read a review saying there were problems with no directions on how to operate the hot tub. I asked the manager about the issue and he assured me there were directions for operation in the house on the tablet. We arrived and it did not work. There were no directions and no tablet. We called the manager the next morning and he again said the directions were in the packet he gave me. In the packet were directions for another house. The pool pump was also not working and there were thousands of pieces of plastic floating in the pool making it unusable. They finally called the pool company but they were not able to come out until Thursday afternoon. We had been in the house since Saturday evening. We were clearly upset so they sent out their maintenance person who confirmed that there was something wrong but could not fix it. We were able to use the pool 1.5 days of our 7 day stay. We have asked for a refund of part of our rental fee which was over $6000. They have ignored our request. The reason we chose the house was because of the pool. We otherwise would not have rented it.
