With floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the unit, the deep blue river is your constant backdrop as you enjoy a meal on the wooden table or entertain guests in the living room. Colorful seascapes and trays of shells enhance the feeling of waterside tranquility.

The gourmet, open kitchen features granite countertops lined with barstool-style chairs and is fully stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to make anything from a full-course meal to a seaside snack.

The bedroom is as cozy as it is colorful and gives you all the closet and drawer space you need to feel at home. Along with the included television, it features an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks and a glass-enclosed shower. There’s even a window, so you can relax as you’re cooled by fragrant breezes off the water.

This unit comes with air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. It also gives you beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for that short drive to the silken white sands and turquoise waters of the Paradise Coast.
