“AC went off in the middle of the night at 3am and took a long time to be moved to another room and still the AC not working. Called the hotel manager and left a voicemail and no call back.”

“Parking lot was full of construction vehicles night 1 and the mattress was lower quality than I expected. But otherwise a great experience.”

“Overall this was a great stay. Couple areas for improvement would be the old lumpy soft mattresses that need replacing, as well as the no towel rule for the pool area. Frustrating to get there at 10am and no poolside chairs available because there were towels on them. It's clearly marked on the sign when you come into the pool area that you cannot do this, but the rule is not enforced. Some of the saved chairs had no one on them at 1pm. Very frustrating! ”
