“Lovely place to stay- self contained accommodation with walk in shower, cloakroom, and generous bedroom. Room was cleaned daily. Lovely outdoor spaces, set in medieval Grantham. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We ate at the Piggy Bank which was about 5 mins walk away. 100% would stay again.”

“Arrived at the inn with my friends in tears. This is not an inn, as described on the site but but more of a YMCA. On arrival the room was not in the advertised building but in an adjacent bungalow which was damp and mouldy and a request was made twice for a room change. Bed sheets were being laid out on the main corridor floor and the room temperature was reaching 40 degrees. This made the smell intense. The staff tried to accommodate but we avoided a conflict and booked alternative...
