“The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious enough, and had all the amenities one could want for a short stay. The location is central for a visit to Margaret River, and yet the setting was very peaceful. I would be happy to stay again and can highly recommend Higgins Lane Motel.”

“Amazing room with small patio/garden. Everything is spotless!!!! Kitchen well equipped. The room is cozzy and comfortable. The staff super friendly and helpful. They are ADORABLE!!! The hotel is located at 1 minute walk to Woolworh. Lots of restaurants and cafés. I highly recommend Normal Van restaurant for the awsome burgers and Margaret River Bakery for breakkie. ”

“Stayed here for two nights in early December. It was a contactless check in, with clear directions given. Rooms, toilet and bathroom are located downstairs while the living room, dining room, kitchen and a luxurious spa/jacuzzi room are upstairs. “A great location (just a short walk to the main strip) and a beautifully styled apartment that has everything you need! ”

“Great spot to stay and have easy access to everything. Our unit was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed. The main street entrance OK but just for appearances a tidier entrance from the parking area would be something to think about. For those who want to do their own breakfast I would suggest a small table and chairs.For our stay it worked well this time and will still be on our list for the future.”

“I stayed here for 3 nights as a solo female traveler in January 2025 with a young child and I felt very safe and secure here, easy parking and well situated in the centre of town. A nice studio apartment which was clean and tidy as well as well equipped with its own bathroom (shower) and kitchenette (bar fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery and plates) complimentary Netflix was a nice touch. “Perfect house for a family holiday. Our teenager was happy to have her own room, while the kidult boys were happy in their own space. They even used the cricket toys (after a few ball purchases). Meanwhile I felt like I was a millions miles from anywhere. Being surrounded by the most beautiful trees and birds. Loved my little walks around the property ”
