Spacious Farmhouse near Belleayre - Sleeps 14

Nestled between Belleayre and Plattekill, our spacious farmhouse is the ideal getaway for skiers, families, wedding parties or a group of friends just looking to relax.

We are conveniently located to:
Hanah Golf Course - 2 miles
Belleayre Ski Resort - 7 miles
Roxbury Barn & Estate - 7 miles
Spillian - 8 miles
Stone Tavern Farm - 10 miles
Plattekill Ski Resort - 15 miles
Phoenicia - 20 miles
Windham & Hunter Mountains - 30 miles

The Space:
With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we can comfortably accommodate 14 guests. We recently added a new fire pit, perfect for s'mores and stargazing. Our favorite amenity is a private outdoor deck that overlooks a secluded creek.

Our home is a farmhouse on top of a small hill overlooking the Hanah Golf Course and Catskills mountains. We recently made some renovations including adding a new porch, fire pit, fridge, washer, dryer and a 4K Roku smart TV with HBO, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and FuboTV (streaming cable). The house is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a fully equipped kitchen, bath products and board games. We've also built a new library and you are welcome to any of the books.

Guest Access:
The home is self-check-in, we will not be on the property. We will provide the key code to an electronic keypad for the backdoor entrance a few days before your stay.

Guests have access to the entire home including the grill, fire pit, and the backyard deck. There's also an attic with a ping pong table available for guest use.

The basement is unfinished and closed off for guest safety.

Other things to note:
*Four-night minimum for holidays please (Memorial Day, Labor day, Presidents' Day, Fourth of July, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)

*We are happy to offer early check-in and late check-out. Please send a request at the time of booking so we can coordinate with our cleaners.

*Pet friendly. Please let us know you will plan to bring a pet.

Deep in the Catskills, this wacky in a great way hotel features individual rooms with a far out theme. We stayed in “Mary Ann’s Creampie” based on everyone’s favorite brunette from Gilligans Island (and our guess is the double entendre isn’t an accident). Big thumbs up

Our group enjoyed our stay at this lovely farmhouse! There was plenty of room and we enjoyed meals in the spacious kitchen and dining area. The upstairs study was very cozy and a great place to hang with separate areas for the kids to hang out including the attic ping pong table and the first floor living room - everyone had plenty of room to spread out. This house is perfectly situated between Plattekill and Bellayre mountains and makes for a great spot to stay if you are in the area to go skiing (about a 15 minute ride to each). The house is easy to get to and setback from the main road, so very quiet too!

Great family accomodations

The location is great. Very close to town and the farmers market. We were a large group that was renting near other family nearby to celebrate my uncle’s 75th birthday. The house had plenty of bedrooms and newly renovated bathrooms. The family room is down the hall from the kitchen so we spent most of our time in the kitchen. There is plenty of dining space. Although it would have been nice to have an outside table to enjoy. The fridge was not cold the first night so we had to throw out alot of food. The property manager was in contact with us to help solve the problem and it cooled off later on.

A Perfect Getaway

The drive to upstate NY is absolutely beautiful. The surrounding area has a beautiful park and many beautiful trails. The house is literally perfect. It’s exceptionally clean and well stocked and decorated. Owner is extremely communicative and accommodating.

Family reunion weekend

Me and 13 of my cousins stayed here for 4th of July weekend. It was absolutely lovely. The hosts were responsive and kindly accommodated our early check-in request. The house was spotless and spacious and exactly as pictured on VRBO. The beds were comfortable and we truly were able to fit all 14 of us, though one elected to sleep on the couch downstairs to avoid sharing a bed. We really enjoyed playing games and gathering at the large dining room table. We played a few rounds of ping pong as well, very fun! Bathrooms are gorgeous, though the water gets cold quickly. I only have two main complaints. First is that the home seems to be using well water, with no filters available in fridge or on sink, which was frustrating for some of us. The second is that the attic space, which hosts the pong table and one of the bathrooms, was always super hot even with the door open and AC on full blast. When all of us were in the dining room together, it got very warm even with the AC blasting, which is natural, but it took a very long time to get it back to a nice temperature. Just know that if youre staying in the summer months, the AC is a little slow in certian parts of the house. Perhaps thats just unavoidable in an older home. Not intolerable, but not perfect. Bedrooms were always fine.

Great house

Ideal location for skiing on Bellayre mountain. Good size rooms, sheets and towels provided and everything very clean. When weather was not cooperating we really enjoyed a beautiful library, fireplace, piano and ping-pong table. The kitchen was fully stocked, and outdoor grill even had extra gas. The host was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect getaway close to ski mountain

Michell was extremely pleasant and very easy to work with. She left firewood and snacks in the home for us upon our arrival. The home was very clean and fully stocked with soft towels, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. It was very spacious with a large dining room table. My children loved the ping pong table as well as the piano. Thank you for the wonderful weekend. We will definitely be booking this home again.

Fantastic! Much Better Than Expected

Great property. Bedrooms are all real. No exaggeration on # of people that can fit; we comfortably slept 12 adults. Kitchen outfitted really well with everything a chef could need (and one of our party was a professional chef). New fire pit + ping pong table made for easy on site fun. Sheets and towels brand new and totally clean. And the host answered all questions right away. GREAT place!

Comfortable and Relaxing

This place was so nice for our weekend getaway. I love that the kitchen is located at the back of the house so you can keep an eye on the kids running around while adults are cooking. This house is remote so there were no neighbors and minimal cars to worry about. The owner was extremely responsive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A small gift to the general store in town was a very sweet gesture. I would definitely stay here again.
