“When we checked in at the hotel, the person at the front desk did not make us feel welcome.
She had a bad attitude and showed no kindness or professional behavior.
We stayed there just because we had to overnight in the area and there are no better hotels in the area, otherwuse we would have chosen another hotel.”

“The room was clean and well maintained. The only bummers were the ice machine on the second floor was broken, and the toilet paper and towel rack were broken inside of the room. All of the staff were friendly, the parking lot was clean and well lit. The breakfast that was served was good and a variety of food was available. ”

“Very clean and spacious room, modren and well maintained. Perfect for an overnight stay like we did. Although they dont provide a lot of in-room amenities for the bathroom. Also, the walls seem paper thin, you can hear noises like tv and conversations from adjoining rooms so that was a big downside. ”

“Staff was lovely, rooms were cleaned though they did need some airing out - just felt stuffy upon walking in. Didn’t get a chance to have breakfast as there was a power outage one evening which left us without power for one morning. Parking was great - lots a spaces. Good food options near by too! All in all a really nice stay.”

“I came in with a group on business. They did not have adequate parking for my vehicle so the front desk employee instructed me to park along the red curb. In the morning, the manager started harassing me and threatened to tow my vehicle even though their employees said that it would be okay parking there. One of our rooms came with a complimentary glass crack pipe, and the other room had clothing in it still from a previous guest. Payed $600 for 2 double rooms, for 2 nights to get treated second...

“We always have a great time there but just noticed how small the TV was, since it was the first time after many stays to actually use it. I suggest upgrading to a larger TV and adding a small microwave to the rooms. There is a fridge but no microwave to warm the food. The location and atmosphere of the property is unbeatable. Overall, it is our choice after trying multiple other hotels in Temecula wine country.”
