La struttura non è nuova, le stanze impolverate e con vari disservizi. Terzo piano senza ascensore, scomodo per portare valige ed il marito della proprietaria è un omaccione per nulla disponibile a dare un minimo aiuto a portare su (o giu) le valige.”

“In over 30 years of travelling on business, this is one of the best places I have stayed in.Although I did not meet the owners it was clear that the accommodation was well looked after and virtually everything had been thought of for the comfort of their guests. Virtually everything was absolutely spotlessly clean.The only small point I noticed was that there was dirt around the toilet seat hinge - a bit of a dirt trap and difficult to access(I'm sounding like a "Four in a Bed" contestant...

“Beautiful quaint guest house, hosted by the kind and very helpful John and his lovely wife who went above and beyond. John was helpful in sharing information about local attractions as well as nice places to eat. Really enjoyed a quiet weekend away at the coast. Must stay if you’re in Dover. ”

The attic room is spacious and clean with a very comfy bed. The location is perfect for a walk along the seafront to the restaurants and bars. “Piccola struttura su più piani con scale interne tipiche Inglese strette e in piedi. Camera ben arredata e seppur non grande sufficientemente spaziosa x una famiglia di 4 persone per brevi soggiorni. Bagno lillipuziano senza finestra con lavandino davvero ridicolo. Direi questo il vero limite della struttura oltre alle scale. IL tutto ampiamente compensato dalla gentilezza e ospitalità della proprietaria che coccola letteralmente i clienti! ”

“We arrived at this wonderful Guest house and was greeted by Serena and Peter who made us feel at home straight away. We were shortly introduced to the rest of the Italian family who are all such kind and beautiful people. The entire place is spotless clean and Serena,s cooking is Amazing.We could have a full English breakfast everyday if we wanted and that was included in the price.In our room we had Tea & Coffee making facilities and a Kettle. “Our double room had the bathroom down the hall, but despite repeated attempts there was no way to shut (or lock) the door from the inside as it was catching badly on the frame. Bath mat in the bathroom wasn't clean. Mirror in the bedroom was leant up against the wall rather than attached, so had to bend over double to use. Small window in the bedroom had no curtain and a light right outside. Noisy room (traffic noise, doorbell of late arriving guests, and could hear upstairs...

“It's a great retreat. The environment is quiet and chill,, rooms with good view on a grassland with cows & hares getting around. The only thing is the privacy,, since the glass of the window is not shaded and the people passed by could easily see through into your room when you are looking at the beautiful view.”

“We have just had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous house. Beautifully decorated, very clean and very well equipped. The sea views were amazing and it was an easy walk into Margate. We are a family ages ranging from 17 to 83 and everyone loved it. The swimming pool and sauna were a great bonus. I would totally recommend this house to anyone. Thank you Alan and Bill.”
