The double room you booked for two guests included an ensuite bathroom with a fan, hairdryer, and tea and coffee facilities, all this for 68.00 per night, including breakfast. But we did have lengthy conversations in the early hours about noise levels and the fact that only guests that had booked could occupy the room. Unable to assist in why you would leave such a low score, I checked and no complaints or comments were expressed during your overnight stay. Your partner and the children came down and enjoyed breakfast, you left saying northing missing breakfast and sat in your car, waiting for them. Its always helpful if something is not quite right to make it known at the time of your stay. We wish you all the best in finding the perfect guest house, which better fits your needs in the future. It was a very busy bank holiday weekend, and due to reducing the number of tables in the breakfast room, some guests may have had a short delay in tables. We take very seriously the social distancing and hygiene and keeping our guests safe. If this is annoying for you, I make no apologies. Had you spoke with a staff member, we could have sent your breakfast to your room if you were unable to wait. All other guests had a full English breakfast or continental style and were very happy. I am sorry you felt so strongly about this minor inconvenience, enough to leave such a poor review.
