“Upon checking in, the older woman was very coarse asked me if I had a dog and I said yes she said is it a service dog? I said yes she said what service does it perform and I said Support and she said that doesn’t count you will have to pay a fee to have your dog stay I said OK. Then I was so disappointed in the Dog area. No one maintains it. It’s ugly. It has feces everywhere. It was very bad experience that I paid for.!”
