“My circumstances regarding my situation call for exceptions to “policy” and my rating is not due to policy per se but because I think there was very little customer service. The person at the late night window had a very detached level of concern and sadly a true lack of empathy. I may be aging myself but customer service requires the server to help the customer… basically problem solve, think outside the box, call someone, and/or at least smile. I had chosen this location and establishment...

“Clean pet stay room. Free breakfast was small with decent good food choices. We stayed just one night and the place was clean, quiet and restful. Also located right near the hwy which allowed for us to easily continue our route. The staff member at the desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a good place to stay with pets and get a good night's sleep. We would stop their again if ever in the area.”

“My sister and I stayed 1 night. It was a very clean facility with free bikes and a nice pool. I enjoyed the free coffee. The bed was ok—a bit too soft for my preference, but others might like that. I got good sleep either way. Quiet and tucked a bit away from the main town center.”

“Stayed here because we came to play at the casino which is like 10 minutes away! NOT FAR AT ALL! We loved the room, very spacious. Prices are affordable. AND free breakfast! Will be staying here again!”
