Casa di famiglia con cortile rivolto a SUD situato nei Villaggi di Rancho Eldorado, uno splendido 2100mq. ft. 4 camere da letto a casa. Nuova cucina rinnovata con ripiani in granito, 36 'putting green, nuovissimo TV LG 4K da 55 "ed elettrodomestici LG. Cucciolo amichevole!!! La bellissima piscina è tutta pronta per l'uso, lunga 42 piedi, una vera piscina per nuotare nei tuoi giri o semplicemente rilassarti seduto di fronte ai Tramonti dell'Arizona (non riscaldati). La nostra famiglia ti dà il benvenuto nella nostra casa in paradiso. Controlla la disponibilità del nostro calendario e accogliamo con favore le tue richieste e domande su come rimanere nel segreto più noto in Arizona, la bella Maricopa.
Una cucina completamente attrezzata con una griglia sul retro rende molti pasti piacevoli seduti fuori nel patio.
C'è un accesso completo a Internet WIFI, HDTV 4K UHD nel soggiorno o, se preferisci, porta con te alcuni film da guardare. Disponibile anche NETFLIX gratuito, quindi non ti perderai le tue serie TV o programmi e film preferiti comodamente da casa. We have had an incredible stay pool is beautiful, house and decor are phenomenal. Quite beautiful peaceful escape. Located in a wonderful neighborhood surrounded by things to go and do places to eat and shop! I highly recommend this property! The owner Scott is very very kind and always willing to help with any answers.

Great house and location

We loved the home and location. We were there the month of March. It was well stocked and very comfortable. It’s a big house with lots of room. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. We loved the back patio. The only downside is the swimming pool situation. There is a big beautiful pool in the back, but is not heated and there is no option to do so. So unless you are there in the summer, it’s a nonfactor as the water was ice cold. We did have access to the community pool, but the main pool was not filled. The lap pool was open, but it is small and was loud and crowded.

Fun in the Sun

We had a wonderful time, enjoyed spending time with friends and family. The home is open and bright with a large kitchen that opens to the family room, perfect for entertaining. The pool and putting green were a bonus. It was really great to walk and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood parks and walking trails. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within a few minutes of the home. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We hope we can come again in the future.

This was the second time we were able to rent this house during the Christmas season. It is well stocked with everything you need and Scott is very helpful during the entire process. We love the location as it is in a very nice neighborhood with lots of walking trails and sidewalks. Easy walk to the grocery store. It is quiet and we felt very safe the entire stay. We really enjoyed the backyard. The putting green was fun and relaxing. We would not hesitate to use this property again.

Amazing Host, Comfortable House!

We had a fantastic time! This house is so comfortable and in a great location in Maricopa. The kitchen had everything we needed, furniture was comfortable, pool was refreshing and neighborhood was fantastic! We plan to be back soon!

Very relaxing

Furniture is getting a little worn . One of the recliners did not function properly. Could use some new towels and washcloths. Carpet could use shampooing .Plus side, master bed is very comfortable. All the drains very slow to drain . We had a great time and owner was very pleasant to work with

I stayed at property but my kids & grandkids visited.

The owner was very nice. The property has everything you could need. They even have shampoo body wash laundry soap you can use the washer and dryer. The only thing I would say is to get a better cable network because there aren't very many channels on the one they have but they do have a smart TV so I was able to watch stuff on Amazon or YouTube or Netflix or Hulu so that was good cuz I am a TV watcher

Home away from home

Great location and well kept home. Was very clean and communication with owner was quick and easy. Kitchen/living room was a great open space to entertain family with cooking and chatting. To cold for our stay to enjoy the pool but putting green was well used and great addition. Our family dog also enjoyed the space! Hope to rent the house again in the near future!

I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Maricopa. With limited option for hotels, this is the way to go. Owner was super easy to work with. Price was much better than others in the area.

A great place to be quarantined in Arizona

This was a fantastic property and the owner was wonderful and easy to work with. We had some problems with figuring how to operate the TV and sent an email to Scott. He got back to us immediately! We were amazed at the cleanliness, decorating and size of the home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans...everything you would use to make a meal. The pantry had basic seasonings, flour, sugar, etc. We enjoyed putting competitions on the putting green in the back yard and once it got warm enough, enjoyed the pool. There is a nice grill on the patio for cookouts. We originally booked for February and March only, but with the corona virus pandemic, Scott was very accommodating when we asked if we could extend our stay until the end of April. If we go back to Maricopa, we would be thrilled to stay here again. Thank you Scott for a wonderful experience.
