“We checked in at 11:00 p.m., but our room wasn't ready until 12:30 a.m. The delay was very frustrating, especially after a long day of traveling. Unfortunately, the staff was not friendly or helpful, which made the experience even more disappointing.”

“The hotel was not what I expected, the breakfast buffet was barely stocked a comment was made by a staff member that they keep minimal out due to the sports teams that come through. I was on the 3rd floor and the carpets clearly had not been vacuumed in a long time. The garbage in the hall by the elevators were overflowing and not emptied during my 2 day stay. I chose this hotel and paid more to stay here compared to other hotels expecting a clean and comfortable stay.”

“Setting was pleasant. Some confusion at check-in as I was registered for Whispering Winds and thought I was at Skaneateles Inn. The office at WW was never open. The lock on my door did not seem very secure. There was a chain on the wall, but no place on the door to attach it.”
