This new vacation property opened its doors in June 2024 and consists of 4 full size one bedroom apartments, a studio, pool deck, and an amazing wine cellar. Kitchen, A/C, TV, Internet, Safety box. Villa Vino Lucia has four apartments (see listings "Suite Merlot - Villa Vino Lucia", "Suite Sauvignon - Villa Vino Lucia" - both with high caribbean wood ceilings-, "Suite Pinot - Villa Vino Lucia", "Suite Chardonnay - Villa Vino Lucia" and one studio "Suite Zinfandel - Villa Vino Lucia". All apartments sleeps up to 4 people with one bed room and a very comfortable pull-out couch bed in the living room, ideal for families with children. Imagine waking up every day to the welcoming glow of the sun and enjoying the sweet kiss of amazing sunset lit sky in the evening, overlooking the Caribbean Sea from 90 meters above sea level, but so close that you hear the waves in Fisherman’s Cove. Helen’s Wine Cellar is part of the experience tying in the love of wine drinking into a Caribbean setting. We also offer a concierge service, all you have to do is inquire. All apartments are very specious with 130 sqm (1399 sqf), which includes a large, private wrap around balcony of 50 sqm (538 sqf), connecting you to the surrounding nature and Caribbean Sea. All apartments are brand new, state of the art, fully equipped with all appliances including full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, A/C units and cable TV’s in living and bedroom, iron, safety lock box, interlinked fire/CO detectors, and high speed internet. The building is very safe and fully Hurricane proof with state-of-the-art impact windows and doors. Dedicated parking spots are available for each apartment. Enjoy observing various bird populations including magnificent Hummingbirds in our tropical garden and surrounding trees, as well as bats during dusk and dawn. With some luck, you can observe Dolphins as well Wales during certain months of the year from your balcony, so bring your binoculars and telephoto lens.
Villa Vino Lucia is located in walking distance of Fisherman’s Cove Beach and a short drive from Marigot Bay Village with various restaurants, the Marigot harbor and water-based activities. Castries, the capital of St Lucia, and the town of Soufriere are both approximately 30 minutes’ drive to the north or south respectively. We highly recommend to book your own rental car (ideally all-wheel drive midsize SUV or Jeep) to be able to independently explore the beauty of Saint Lucia and all it has to offer. However, we are also able to assist you to book Taxi service from the airport, adventure tours, rain forest hikes, diving and adventure trips to any location within Saint Lucia. We have daily housekeeping service available as well as night time security service. Please note, that we are required by St. Lucia law to collect a tourism levy (tax) to be submitted to the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority at the time of check in on site of EC $ 16 (US $ 6) per adult person per night, and EC $ 8 (US $ 3) per child (age 12-17, free age < 11). The tourism levy (tax) is not included in the purchase amount and can be either paid on site in cash, by credit card, or via PayPal invoice.
