Great stay! We rented a car, easy to find and parked with no issues. Central location in the island, 1 hour to go North or South. Did the boat tour with Pauline’s husband and it was great! Loved being in Marigot Bay! Tons of restaurants near by and loved taking the little boat over to the beach. Apartment had everything we needed. Great AC units. Well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend.

The apartment was adequate, if a little dated. Fairly spartan kitchen supplies. The area is very isolated, with not much to do. A car is required to go anywhere, and the state of the roads and traffic mean that it is a bit stressful to get anywhere. The marina is ok, but limited. The “marina village” is very disappointing, the food not great and the staff quite disinterested. The Zoetry hotel looks good, but in reality it is tired. The gym was ok, but the food was poor. The grocery stores do not favour self-catering as much as the ones near Rodney Bay do. We cut our trip here short and went up to Rodney bay.

I rented this Unit 6A along with Unit 6B for a group birthday trip. This unit was great, and very spacious. The unit was clean, and had everything we needed! The location in the bay was close to all the places Marigot Bay had to offer. The access to the Zoetry pool was such a nice feature for many in our group! We couldn't have chosen a better place for our group to stay for our St. Lucia trip! And, you will not find a better host than Pauline. She was amazing! She answered any and all questions, kept us informed about the area, and arranged a driver, Moses, for our airport transfers, and any driving we needed while on the island. She is the most welcoming host I have encountered renting a vacation rental! This condo was everything we needed and more to make our trip to St. Lucia one to remember! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Our host and her husband, Pauline and Cornelius were so attentive to our needs. The apartment was nicer than the pictures! Location was excellent, the Zoestry the adjacent hotel amenities was perfect. Pools and restaurants were good! Highly recommended!

Excellent alternative to Zoetry property

This is a great property that is just right below the hill of the Zoetry property. You can essentially get the Zoetry property pool and fitness area without the higher priced option. You also have a great host team that is communicative and will tend to every question you got and also have thought of everything that you need without needing to request it as they probably already have accommodated it for you ahead of time! This is well worth the stay and price cannot be beat in my opinion!

Amazing stay

Pauline was a gracious, helpful and responsive host. The unit was quaint, charming and immaculately clean. We enjoyed morning coffee on the large balcony overlooking the courtyard, with water views being just steps from the unit. Pauline arranged transportation from the airport (and accommodated our flight delay/late checkin). We stayed connected with Moses (the driver) throughout our stay, for a grocery run and return trip to the airport. He is a gentle soul, and lifelong local of the area, and entertained my (many) questions. And true to as advertised - what makes the unit ideal is access to the resort next door - literally (and way more economically) the best of both worlds. A short 3-minute walk, the resort pool and restaurants were fantastic, and the food/drinks were reasonably priced. The Hurricane Hole restaurant and Coco Café are steps from the unit. Our dining favourites otherwise were the poolside bar/grill (great sushi!) and Rum Cave.  While there is a beach of sorts (a short boat ride across the bay), this wouldn’t be what would draw you to this area. However, there are plenty of beach excursion options. We did a full-day outing by boat with Cornelius (Pauline’s husband) and his crew, Paul - both so knowledgeable of the coastal area/history, and enjoyed stops at Sugar Beach and L’Anse Chastanet. The (safe) trek up the hill is worth the view, and the local bakery smells were amazing. Being our first time to St. Lucia, the unit and location were most enjoyable.

Hidden gem

Amazing property, photos do not do this property justice. The balcony is huge and the apartment is really spacious. Had all cooking essentials required an excellent standard. Went on the boat trip with Cornelius which we all had an amazing day trip. Pauline arranged a taxi which stopped at the supermarket on the way in for a stock up. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

This is our second visit at this property. Pictures accurately describe the apartment. Communication with Pauline was excellent. Pauline went the extra mile to accommodate an extra day for us. We loved having access to the next-door gym and pool. Will return!

Our best vacation so far!

Our apartment was spacious and immaculate! Our host left us a binder full of helpful information about things to do while in St. Lucia. The nearby restaurants were good and accessible by boat. We loved Hurricane Hole and its staff. The apartment added so much to our stay.

Wish we could have stayed even longer!

We were able to rent this excellent 2-bedroom apartment for the last week of our month-long vacation. When the one-bedroom apartment above could only be rented for 3 weeks, Pauline suggested this 2-bedroom, one floor down! Beautiful, bright, perfectly laid out, clean and light. We wish we could have stayed even longer! Pauline was a big help to us, always available for questions & suggestions. We went out on her husband Cornelius' boat twice to go snorkeling nearby in Anse Cochon, my favorite activity. We'll be back for sure!

Sun and fun in Saint Lucia

First , Pauline was excellent in answering all our questions before our trip, of which there were many. The apartment was clean and basically as it was listed. There are a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Other than looking at boats, some super yachts, there is not much to do right there. Having the pool to go to at the near by resort was great. I do recommend the all day boat trip with Corneleous. The boat is not fancy but the trip down the coast was beautiful. We did book a rental car but then cancelled it. Instead we used a local taxi, Jonas, which ended up being less expensive. We did 2 day trips and a grocery run. Both day trips he also let us stop to get more groceries. Jonas hangs out near the boat ferry dock. Overall I do recommend this rental.

Excellent

We stayed for a week in Pauline’s apartment. It was super convenient to restaurants and the water! We had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space for us all to spread out. The balcony was delightful and beautiful at sunrise and sunset. We got a day pass at the adjoining resort and it was well worth It! The pool is amazing and was very well kept and easy to get to. The apartment was clean and exactly as shown. Ideal location! Wished we could have stayed longer! Thanks Pauline!

Fabulous location

Pauline is extremely communicative throughout the process. The apartment was comfortable and fit our needs. We attended a wedding at the Zoetry adjacent to the marina village and although there is access to the pool and fitness there, guests at the marina are not allowed to use the other facilities of the Zoetry resort such as the resort restaurants. We were aware of this shortly after we booked and planned accordingly... we went food shopping on our way from the airport to the apt and it worked out great being able to cook a few meals at the apt and enjoying other restaurants in and around the marina. The land and sea excursion was wonderful which included a catamaran visit to mud baths, waterfall and snorkeling in Soufriere and a delicious lunch onboard the catamaran with rum punch coctails through TourSales.com. We also took a sunset cruise with our hosts husband, Cornellius, which was not fancy but enjoyable. Cornellius boat accommodates 8 guests and 2 crew members. The AC was not working in one of the bedrooms but Pauline was quick to provide another apt for one of our guests to accommodate us. We have so many great memories of our stay!

Great, comfortable apartment

The apartment is very spacious, clean and quiet. The beds are really comfortable and we had everything we needed. Being able to use the pool next door was brilliant. Pauline was really helpful from the booking, arranging a taxi from the airport to sorting out a hire car for us. We had an amazing day with her husband on his boat, snorkelling and visiting some beautiful beaches. Overall a great place to stay - book it!

Trip with Three Daughters

The property is absolutely beautiful with fantastic views. Pauline was wonderful to deal with and even brought over Tylenol for a daughter who was not feeling well. I can recommend both Pauline and the property as being exceptional.

Dream Vacation Rental

Pauline and Cornelius were amazing hosts, very responsive with communication and helpful with any question or issue. The apartment is exactly as advertised and has amazing views from the large balcony. The close proximity of pools and restaurants were fantastic, especially for children. We highly recommend asking Cornelius for a private tour on his boat, it was the highlight of the trip.

Wonderful location

We loved our stay in Marigot Bay. We chose this property in part because of the great reviews and Pauline lived up to those for sure. She was very helpful right from the booking. A boat ride booked through Cornelius was one of the highlights of the trip!

Delightful apartment in great location

We were delighted with the apartment, spacious and well equipped. Pauline Frederick was professional and super helpful. Our flight from London Heathrow was several hours late and we had missed the supermarket opening time and Pauline gave us - from her own kitchen - tea, coffee, milk, sugar,some savoury biscuits and a couple of small beers. Fabulous. The following day she arranged a taxi for us to go to the large supermarket to stock up on food and drinks. TOP TIP If you do not have a car then this taxi to the supermarket is essential (during our visit the small supermarket on the Marina site was not open) Curtis our taxi driver was very happy to wait whilst we shopped. Overall The Marina, Hotel and apartments were very quiet and we found that the restaurants were fairly quiet too. To our advantage but for the sake of their livelihoods we do hope that visitor numbers increase. Overall we had a wonderful time and our thanks to Pauline for her help during the booking process and for her kindness in supplying the essentials to tide us over until we could get to the supermarket.

Fantastic experience

The apartment was clean and well appointed with lots of room for the 3 of us. A huge balcony to enjoy our coffee in the morning and a nice drink in the evening. The use of the pool at the resort next door was vey nice but I did enjoy the nice quiet beach across the bay and swimming in the ocean. The many small restaurants close by were great and served great food. We had. mainly fish and seafood.. We spent a lovely day with Corniluis on his boat travelling south from the bay and enjoying the various beaches and great views. Pauline looked after our transportation to and from the airport and was most informative about the area.. A great experience!!!!
