“I love Hotel Indigo! This was the third Hotel Indigo property I’ve stayed at and they are always lovely. The room was very spacious and the bay view was the best part! The breakfast was amazing per usual. The pool was also really nice and relaxing. This location is perfect. Not directly in the mix of everything, but close enough and directly on the marina!”

“The recepcionist provided me the worst attention and service ever, the room didnt have blankets when we arrrive late night, the answer that I got was : I dont have any, its not my problem, tomorrow you need to ask in the reception. Consequence: kids sick next morning. Later, ask for some additional minutes for the check out, the answer was : not even a single minute. Finally my wife forgot a ring, we called back after 30 minutes, not even a single action despite of the explanation or where was...

When we arrived we were told that Expedia overbooked their property, so they had no rooms even though we had confirmed a booking. “This was a high-end Confort Hotel! I did love it!”

“Rooms clean, but the air conditioning did not work efficiently. Our room remained hot with lower settings. Hallway to room carpet had stains and a bad smell. Breakfast wasn’t much, we went to waffle house instead. Parking for beach access is about a mile away give or take, but very small and full each time we went. Pool and patio area is clean. Staff is very friendly.”

“The room was great and worth the price. The only negative thing I have to say is that the tub needed to be cleaned other than that everything was great. The free laundry was definitely a plus. The front desk staff was beyond amazing!”
