-INDIPENDENT AND DELICIOUS HOLIDAY HOME DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH IN A BEAUTIFUL AND IMPORTANT BAY,IN SORRENTO/AMALFI COAST!!-
• Our house is on the heart of Sorrento Coast, a few km from the center of Sorrento, it is recognized in the pictures, because it is the only house pink with terrace on the beach in the center on the Bay of Marina del Cantone / Nerano (famous pearl of the Amalfi and Sorrento Coast,many tourist and famous celebrities arrive here!!), just run the house is the only tourist pier from where boats (private and tourist) depart to the island of Capri, Positano, Amalfi, etc.. very beautiful ! !

Very simple home,Rustic simple and familiar furnishings, typical of the seafaring edges of the Sorrento/amalfi coast.
Decor left purposely rustic typical of seaside villages.
The house is equipped with:
Refrigerator, freezer,washer, dryer, microwave, toaster, mixer, four burners, iron and loan, satellite TV, internet Wi-Fi, air conditioners in the bedrooms, dinnerware and tableware, bedding and towels provided for 4 people, single-dose detergent washing, cleaning dishes, single-dose shower gel, hand soap, single-dose detergent floors, 2 or 3 toilet paper, and condiments "basis" for cooking (such as salt, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, thė,salt and up, pepper )etc.
Finally at the entrance, at the beach level,(down level), there is a comfortable shower corner, for the use of both guests and us owners.
● The property reserves the occasional use of a very small space and the shower behind the entrance door on the ground floor. still on the ground floor next to the shower corner there is a small closet for the private and exclusive use of us owners.this will NOT influence in any way the stay/holiday of our welcome guests as the apartment is located on the first floor.
•bed linen and towels supplied is scheduled for 1/2/3 or 4 guests.(all washed, ironed and sanitized by laundry).
•Only on request when booking ,for a fee we provide guests with a crib / baby cot for young children.(pay at the check in,in cash)

- IMPORTANT INFO FOR GUESTS : (Please read)
• Guests will be payable in cash at check in, on the "Tourist Tax Municipal"now, equal to EUR 3,00 per day ,per adult (on arrival to the property),for all nights you stay.
•PARKING: the house is located directly on the beach, so it does NOT have its own parking space. To park a car in the Bay of "Marina del Cantone/Nerano" you have several solutions.
The first is to park along the road on the municipal blue lines with the Municipal Park Card at a cost of around 40.00 euros valid for seven days or an hourly ticket in the square behind the holiday home. The second solution is to park in a private car park, one is located in the square behind the house, others along the road to get to the square, with a cost that varies from approximately 10.00 to 25.00 euros per day (depending on the month/period and from the chosen parking);
• Arrivals : For arrivals (check-in) after h.8:00pm you will pay (on arrival) in cash € 40.00 to the property;
• The property reserves the use of a small space behind the front door on the ground floor, this does NOT affect in any way any stay / holiday of our guests being the apartment on the first floor.
• if you are considering buying a Italian phone card for mobile (to call and receive calls), we will advise the Telephone Italian Company :"TIM" , because it is unique to have a good reception in Marina del Cantone/Nerano.
• Only during the winter (from November to April ) electricity consumption will be calculated and paid "EXTRA" in cash to the property at the end, before check-out.
• in winter it is advised to arrive with their cars because public services are active until 06:00 pm.

Overview :
• A charming, historic, touristic and picturesque fishing village, located between the beautiful Sorrento Peninsula and the famous Amalfi Coast. Bay then, is full of popular and major restaurants where delizierai quality food and culinary specialties, there are also pizzerias, snak Bar / gelato (ice cream and not), Tobacco / store (with everything) ,fry shop and various shops dedicated shopping typical coastal. To the beach instead, you can opt for the Free (just outside the front door), or a fee to enjoy bathing with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas.
Our beautiful Bay also offers services such as:cooking class,Diving on reservation, kayak tour,rental boats and rafts (with or without sailor) for knowing the Coast and its many inlets "by sea", then private tours, water taxi, fast transfers, charters for 'one of Capri, Positano, Amalfi, Sorrento, Massa Lubrense, Naples and custody summer boats. Finally, for those who like to walk outdoors, there are several trails (near and far), dedicated to trekking, among others, the most famous is the path to the charming Bay Jeranto (Reserve Marine Park) accessible only by foot (from Nerano ) or pedal boat, canoe ( from Marina del Cantone),or Monte San Costanzo (panoramic view,pic nic on the grass), or Punta Campanella (archeologic site), trekking to Regommone bay(near the holiday home),and much more!

• It 'S very important to remember, however, that, Marina del Cantone / Nerano, being a tourist village Marinaro, is mainly visited and lived from the earliest periods of spring until late autumn ones, (so you may want to reside mainly in the periods: spring, summer and autumn).
For those who love the sea and quiet fishing villages in winter, you can safely stay at our house, but it is clear that different services listed above will not be available.
During the short winter months, however, you can still reach and visit places such as: Massa Lubrense, Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi etc .. by car, bus or taxi / chauffeur.

• Behind the 'house there is a square hall, where there are: the bus stop for transportation services, car parking (fee-extra), mini-market with products for home and personal care, as well as fresh produce (mozzarella , breads, meats and cheeses, fruits, vegetables etc.),or you can buy wine, beer ,liqueurs, bread, milk, pasta , Tobacco and much more!, and finally various shops dedicated to shopping typical coastal and separate waste collection point .

• There are no particular rules to respect.
however, please have good civic sense, respect the apartment and its neighborhood, and pay particular attention to separate waste collection and ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION. Thank you.

when you check out, make sure you have turned off the lights, fans and air conditioners, then close the windows and doors, thank you.

when you check out, make sure you have left the two copies of the keys,inside at home. Thank you.

the check out time is within 11.00 in the morning, for that time the cleaning lady will be there.
if, on the other hand, you plan to leave before the classic check-out time (i.e. by 11.00 in the morning), please let me know, perhaps the day before so that I can organize cleaning for the next guests in advance.
