Lodge a Marina El Alamein

“Helpful host, Clean, good amenities, very nice stay”

“We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities...

“Hotel is still under finishing. Painting material and furniture empty packings are thrown everywhere. No maintainace staff . If your AC broken out, you can change the room or you have to stay in if no availability . Fresh staff with no training or experience . Even the manager do not understand the booking online or hospitality. I forced to leave my room after checking in .My room with advertised as sea view however I was offered other room as the available one.”

“The listed details about this property are not correct. It’s no panoramic views at Rixos hotel and Al alamein towers as they listed. No loungers, towels nor chairs on the sea are included. No hot tub in the place. The place is far from the sea”
