“If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. “Ronny and his staff were so kind and accommodating and made this stay absolutely worth it. We were welcomed with a cocktail and had a custom ordered tasty breakfast every morning. The room itself is small (and no door to the bathroom) but it is all you really need. The secluded rooftop patio was our favorite place to be during sunsets. “We had a great stay in the hotel. Ask for a room with the terrace towards the forest and you will see monkeys and sloths directly from your terrace!”

“The rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is noisy with loud music playing until late at night and dogs barking. In the room adjacent to mine someone was having an argument for about 45 minutes. Yelling could be heard clearly in my room even with the door closed.”

Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. “Spotless!!!!!!!! Nice smell. Location was perfect. Close to Manuel Antonio, and Quepos. So you get some jungle and some city. I would recommend some hooks on the wall to hang clothes. Everything else was top notch. Love the bathroom, the bed, the view and air conditioning ”

“Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa 2/Dharma. Appartamento pulito, ben fornito di tutto il necessario per cucinare e dormire. Presente acqua calda, fin'ora una rarità nelle strutture precedenti. Possibiltà di parcheggiare all'interno solo per due auto ma gli appartamenti sono 4. Ristoranti, parco e supermercati nelle vicinanze. Consigliata! ”

“We stayed in the toucan suite. It was a beautiful site up on the hill, but the hike up there was a little tough. Stairs were not built for an easy climb. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there were not enough of them. Our biggest disappointment was the food. The breakfast was great, but we had dinner before an excursion and it took forever to get our food. The salad was old and the rest of the food was just ok. Nothing special. They did however, discount our food somewhat when we parted...

“The VIEW from our room and from the pool area is UNBEATABLE! I would highly recommend. The staff was accommodating and friendly as well. A couple of things to note, the drive up to it can be a little rough so a sturdy car is nice to have, the shower water doesn’t seem to get hot, the room itself doesn’t have tv or convenient access to outlets but all these things are minor issues compared to the beauty of the view. ”
