“Some positive aspects (location, room size, concierge), but also some important negative ones (no cleaning, poor breakfast, no elevator) make it not a terrible hotel, but not one I'd be looking forward to go back to. “This hotel is a solid five stars. The staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurants was excellent and very tasty. They went above and beyond in anything that you ask of them.
The room was perfect and had daily service plus night turn down. The only thing that I would try to make it better is that the shower needs some type of safety handle as the floor is ceramic tile and with the soap becomes a bit slippery.
But otherwise this is the perfect hotel for your stay in Panama city. ”

"Buona posizione anche se la città in generale non è fatta per i pedoni. Poche occasioni per mangiare nei dintorni.Hotel piacevole e stanza molto grandi. Colazione ottima e abbondante nella quantità e nella scelta. Sarebbe bello se avesse una terrazza o salone aperto con vista in cima alla torre."
