“Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!”

“Beautiful classic inn situated in a great area of New Smyrna Beach. Don’t miss the full breakfast included at a cute cafe next door. One note - bring a sound machine if a light sleeper - the walls are thin and until we cranked ours up we could hear entire conversations of our neighbors. ”

“I could not have been happier with my stay. My expectations were not high, but I was very wrong. This place has been renovated and looks amazing. The manger Kelli was very helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to accommodate us. I had some questions prior to my trip, and she answered them in a very timely manner. We had one small issue and she resolved it quicky. The inn itself was amazing. Great sized room, full kitchen everything was clean and comfortable, I could not recommend...

“Struttura indubbiamente da ristrutturare completamente. Mobili antiquati, aria condizionata rumorosa, finestre che non si chiudono e cigolano, moquette umida e con un cattivo odore, bagno da rifare. I servizi sono buoni, hanno the e caffè nella Holl. La piscina e la jacuzzi calda sono carine proprio sul mare, e devo dire che anche il manager é molto disponibile. ”

“The first room they put us was not good. The bathroom light didn’t work, neither did the fridge, or the ac. They then downgraded our room when we brought this to their attention. Not very happy with the experience. ”

“The sweets are massive. Every room has a balcony view of the beach. Rooms are clean. Furniture is slightly outdated, but very clean and well kept. I definitely would go back there again.”

“La struttura è sul mare in un contesto di grandi strutture alberghiere di nuova costruzione che la circondano. A noi è stata assegnata una family room (locale di circa 60 mq) pulita ma con necessità di un rinnovamento. Unica nota negativa la colazione veramente deludente e lontana dallo stile americano, almeno di base.”
