“TV was awful. Couldn't get to main channels. Toile ran. Bathtub had rust. The property was dusty everywhere.”

“There was urine in the toilet when we arrived. Used taco lid by the trash can that was not ours. Second day my husbands key no longer worked. Food was not warm at breakfast. The toilet wouldn’t flush. Decided to check out even though it was not refundable for Saturday night. Also when we went to check in the person was a little rude as we were a little early so chose to go get gas. Will never stay at a quality inn again as it was not a pleasant experience.”

“The room was older, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small but met our needs. I really appreciated that the rooms were very quiet despite being close to the interstate.”

“I was put in a room the staff knew had sometimes noisy water pipes, which woke me up at night. Avoid rooms ending in-10!”
