We felt the lockbox was on the wrong door and we had a hard time finding the right door. It was around the opposite side of the house. The key is accessed inside the lock box. courteous staff, very busy NYE here. Hotel in the middle of renovations but otherwise very nice. pool and waterslide lovely hot tub out of order
