We felt the lockbox was on the wrong door and we had a hard time finding the right door. It was around the opposite side of the house. The key is accessed inside the lock box. We had a great room as I have come to expect from this property. Been there in previous years and the atmosphere is great. 1st time being at the location since renovations (did not disappoint). Hotel staff were excellent from reception to restaurant. Definitely would stay here again!
