We felt the lockbox was on the wrong door and we had a hard time finding the right door. It was around the opposite side of the house. The key is accessed inside the lock box. While trying to have a nap before the concert had a full team of hockey players playing stick hockey in my hall way, with sticks knocking against my door… then had to walk through that to get to the concert… not sure why that was allowed for over an hour. Also no way what so ever to recite
