“I booked a room for 2 nights and right after I checked in the hotel lost partial power and we had no heat, no tv, no microwave, no WiFi and even though they have a kitchenette no dishes, no cookware or cutlery! I called twice to request at the very least a partial refund and I even spoke to a manager who said they would call me but they never did, I get that the power outage was not their fault but they definitely didn’t help me with a refund!”

“The Breakfast was great . AC/heat great ... my complaint is that I have been stay with the 2 Wyndhams in Marion for quite awhile. hoping they would go to bat for me with Expedia. I made a mistake in my 2 nights of reservation last Thursday (intended for check in 3/27 & check out 3/29) but accidently typed in 3/26 check in &3/28 checkout. instantly called and made the correction.
