“The room and rest of the hotel were clean; the staff was very courteous. The only issue was that we didn't get the room I booked. I had booked a king accessible and we were given a double queen non-accessible. I also did not know the hotel doesn't have an elevator. Since we were given a non-accessible room, we had to go upstairs and my husband has health issues that make stairs difficult, but we made do.”

“Everything was dirty. The lobby, the elevator, the room. There were greasy fingerprints everywhere as if nothing has been wiped down in years. There was old soap with hair stuck in it in the bathroom. The pillow cases had mascara left over on them, the white duvet had black and gray smudges all over it from what I can only imagine was dirty feet.
