“Easy and cheerful checkin. The room and breakfast areas were very clean. I did not use the pool, but it look to be just as clean, and there were a couple families enjoying it! I would not only recommend it, I would stay here again!”

I was informed there was a water leak, so no other accessible room was available but would be “put in one just like it without the grab bars”. “The entire hotel is just gross! We had to stay for a funeral and before we did anything I went to the store and bought bleach spray to clean everything in the room. When we got there at 4 the room was not ready so they put us in a room with a hot tub but they told us it did not work and we were ok with that, but it was disgusting.”

“The staff was very friendly. The bed was wonderful!! The only drawback was there is no elevator so next time I'll ask for a room on the first floor.”

“I booked a room with 2 doubles beds and was given a room with 1 double and sofa; I asked the front desk to correct the mistake but was told they were booked. The hallway in which our room was in smelled like cat urine while the other hallways smelt like smoke even though it was a non smoking hotel. Would not return or recommend.”

“We reserved a room a week in advance, only to find that when we arrived, the room we booked was given to the wrong person since we both had the same last name. The clerk didn’t bother to check the entire name. They only had one king bed room left and we had four people, so two ended up on the sleeper sofa. Because a king room was considered an upgrade, we weren’t given any discount. Extremely disappointed and will never stay there again.”
