Fuga di montagna isolata e tranquilla

Questo immacolato, due camere da letto, due cabine da bagno è su 2. 5 acri nella gated community Grandview Peaks. Si trova alla fine di un vicolo cieco che offre la massima privacy e tranquillità.

Le dotazioni comunitarie includono un bellissimo lago con area spiaggia e molo per la pesca e cascate e sentieri per il vostro divertimento. Porta le bici dei bambini: essere l'unica casa sul cul-de-sac consente loro di andare in bicicletta senza preoccuparsi del traffico. L'ampio cortile desidera ardentemente i giochi di kickball e freccette! Di sera, puoi fare s'mores nella buca per il fuoco. La veranda coperta è il posto migliore per una tazza di caffè mattutina e l'ampio ponte con grill elettrico è ottimo per i pasti consumati all'aperto (ci sono posti a sedere per sei sul ponte).

A soli 20 minuti, Marion, NC, ospita fiere e festival da aprile a dicembre. È a soli 30 minuti dal Lake James State Park o dal Chimney Rock State Park a Lake Lure, a 45 minuti dalle cascate di Linville ea solo un'ora di auto da Biltmore ad Asheville, Mount Mitchell o Pisgah Forest. Le attività più vicine sono le cascate di Catawba e il Rail Rail Belt-Belt (recentemente completato 13. 5 percorso a piedi / in bicicletta). Entrambi sono entro 30 minuti. Una grande varietà di attività attende la tua famiglia in vacanza in montagna!

La cabina ha due camere da letto e due bagni. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale ed è dotata di bagno privato. La camera da letto al primo piano ha due letti singoli. Il soppalco al piano superiore ha un letto estraibile a due letti.

C'è un pack-n-play, cancello per bambini e seggiolone per famiglie che viaggiano con un bambino.

This visit was an opportunity to share with friends one of our favorite places to stay. Each time we arrive it is like a whole new experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautifully serene setting that felt like a world away from the hustle and bustle. The quaint atmosphere, combined with breathtaking surroundings, made for an unforgettable experience, once again!The accommodations are always cozy and thoughtfully designed, offering the perfect balance of rustic charm and modern comfort. Every detail is carefully curated, adding to the overall warmth of the place. Whether enjoying morning coffee on the porch, or taking in the quiet evenings, it felt like time slowed down just for us. The darkness is also very peaceful with no light pollution whatsoever.. nothing like it.One of the highlights was the peaceful setting- ideal for reconnecting with nature and truly unwinding. We always leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and are already planning our next visit. If you're looking for a beautiful escape filled with tranquility and charm, this is the perfect spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home and will surely be back in the future! This quickly became our most favorite place to stay yet!! House was very clean....the owner thought of everything! Literally everything was labeled so you could easily find things! I loved that! Beds were comfortable! Plenty of board games, outside games etc. Very quiet neighborhood! Very cozy! Our family had a great stay, very clean and cozy cabin, the host was communicative and available through phone, the community was very nice and peaceful, we visited Asheville and Sugar Mountain both about an hour away from the cabin and would recommend this stay.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at Marie's place during the summer of 2021 and thoroughly enjoyed (prior review posted). My wife & I were looking to visit the mountains of NC and see the fall colors and luckily Marie's place was available yet again. We love everything about this house and the neighborhood of Grandview Peaks. The house is spotless inside and the kitchen is fully stocked with all of your basics. We spent one day heading near Hendersonville/Ashville and the other day heading up to Boone. Marie is an awesome host and always responsive. I remember her daily rate for this home being very reasonable back in 2021 and it was again this time - which I greatly appreciate. It is definitely a great value for the money and I would recommend Marie's home to anyone looking to get away to the mountains of NC, to stay in a beautiful and to stay in a great community. Thanks Marie...we might just be back a 3rd time in the future OR purchase a property in GVP ourselves someday!

Your home is beautiful. Everything was top notch. We were not there much, since we were at the conference. Which I invite everyone to attend at the Nebo Crossing Church next 9/28 & 9/29. We had the pleasure of having Jason Crabb and Guy Penrod from the Gaithers. We hope to come stay again, but may need a larger place. Unreal how you had some supplies in the cabin, like DUKE mayo. Just right for the egg swds. Please rent from this sweet owner. You will not be sorry. She is so kind...... ..

Quiet and peaceful, with everything we needed. Beautiful neighborhood- the lake was a great bonus! We swam and floated in the lake for hours, grilled, made s’mores and enjoyed board games on the porch. Exactly what our family of 2 adults/ 4 teens needed. Cabin is super clean, very organized and well stocked. Owner is easy to communicate and made our stay perfect. Will definitely be back!
