“L'accueil dans le restaurant (côté droite ) un gros zéro! Mauvais accueil quand a même été en ville pour manger ! Les tables étions salle à 90% ! Je me suis assis a un coin de table raisonnablement propre et jamais la femme à la porte est venue me voir. Tres horrible service. Une plainte a aussi été déposée au Groupe Jean coutu Metro pour changer de place pour les prochaines formations, moncton serait 100% mieux ! Très décevant ! Je recommanderais jamais l'hôtel à cause dun manque de savoir...

“Room was clean although bathtub had hair in it… something under the coffee table… person who signed us in brought us to rooms at the very end of hotel eventhough we told him the room we wanted.. then he advised us that rooms had not been cleaned yet… but I did insist (nicely) which room we wanted & he didn’t seem pleased but he opened it & it WAS CLEAN… (I’m still scratching my head)… ”
