“Great location. Service was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Attended the tea at the empress, had a great time. Service was excellent. Ordered breakfast to our room. Once again service was excellent, but the food was not good. Had a massage at the hotel spa. One of the best i experienced.”

“The property was amazing from the lobby with the Koi fish ponds to the pool and hot tub! The room was great with a nice patio to sit at and enjoy the views of the park across the street. Having all the amenities in the room (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee makers, kettle, etc) and the washer/dryer combo unit was really handy. Onsite spa and especially the onsite coffee shop and free bike use were great bonuses as well, but the main thing that set this place apart was the staff! To mention a few...

“Location of property is wonderful, close to city activities, beautiful setting by the water. Negative side. Room assignment was absolutely disappointing. Staff assigned a room on the ground floor next to where Babbage cans line a wall. Looking out the window at a tall wall, The mattress of queen beds were so soft that it bends your body into a very uncomfortable position. Should change mattresses more frequently and procure firmer ones. Staff changed our room the next day, however, it was...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rialto Hotel. We slept sounds on comfortable beds and heard not a sound from the noise of music events happening outside. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Our room was clean and the hotel in general was very well kept.”

“Good location - it was right by fisherman wharf and board walk. Helpful staff. Check - in and check -out was fast. Hotel restaurant service and food were great. Only negative thing I could say was the elevator. There were 2 elevators but only 1 worked. Had to wait for a while for the elevator.”
