"The fire alarm went and we were evacuated twice in the same evening at 2am-4am with kids. They gave us ZERO information as people, including ourselves, were standing outside barefoot with no coats, bags, keys, or phones (the first time) in the cold with kids and infants. The restaurant is terrible. ..."

"Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub were nice. The room was big. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good. Windows were always open in pool room which I felt was unsafe being next to an expressway. My room window had a big crack in it, luckily I was on 2nd floor. The fan in my bathroom was so loud it sounded ..."
