“This hotel is a family operated. They are very helpful, nice, friendly and accommodating…. When I checked in, I didn’t have the right euro change for local tax, no problem …I asked for late check out and they were very accommodating. Also, the price was really incredible and it’s right next to the old city attractions. I highly recommend it!”

“The rooms' A/C is lousy. The staff at the reception kept on telling me I did not pay (even though I did in advance) because they did not look at the correct one (didn't matter I insisted that I have paid already). “The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades”

The toilet so close to the shower was curious, the bed a little uncomfortable (adding a soft cushion could increase the options), small details that can be improved. The rooms were beautiful, clean and unique, breakfast was delicious and fresh, but most of all the team & staff were lovely.
