Not the best.
The apartments were ok but in serious need of maintenance. A lot of things didn’t work or were broken. Would have been ok if it wasn’t so expensive.

Hi Joe You stayed in The Stable cottage which is the same one I just received a 10/10 review for on 18th April. I am not aware of anything that is broken in there please can you enlighten me, it would have been good to know so I could have fixed whatever it was during your stay? Best wishes Eleanor

Superb self catering unit. Everything you could possibly need. Exceptionally clean and very quiet. Only one thing i could fault..and that was the kettle (needed descaling big time). However, easily boiled water on the ceramic hob

Could not get hold of owner to check in and WiFi did not work at all. Quite difficult to find also. But very nice accommodation in a quiet setting.

It was a shame I was away the weekend you stayed so I was unable to greet you on arrival. None of the other guests have had any problems with the WiFi but I will double check the system now you have mentioned it. I'm glad you had a pleasant night's stay. Hope to meet you next time. Eleanor

Nice weekend
Perfectly located from our perspective, spacious and overall comfortable. Little things like pots and pans need updating and heating in the living room/ diner/ kitchen area wasn’t sufficient for colder months, but bedrooms/bathroom were fine. Overall good experience and would definitely stay there again.

Thank you for your review. I'm so pleased you all enjoyed your recent stay and visit to Market Rasen Racecourse. The weather at the moment is so changeable I'm not sure when I'm putting on or turning off my own heating at home and I think I didn't put the heater on in the living area for your arrival which in hindsight was a mistake because when everyone is in and out unpacking the car that's the room which gets colder with the door open. We have had guests stay in mid winter surrounded by snow and been toasty so I apologise for that error as once the room is up to heat being well insulated it stays warm if the heater is left on. Nice spot, not ideal for Market Rasen races
Perfect accommodation, unfortunately we were staying here for Market Rasen races and the transport options are limited. Taxi had to come from Lincoln and was very expensive. Would be a great spot for walking / county holiday.

I'm delighted you enjoyed your stay with us at Setcops Farm. For the larger events, particularly concerts at Market Rasen races we recommend booking transport well in advance as we are in a rural location with a limited amount of taxi firms available.
