“The hotel apartment was large, with any amenity available, from a full kitchen with 14 cup coffee maker and great tasting coffee, to high end linens and towels. Very well priced, too.”

“We spent two nights here . Overall had good experience . Except First morning at 8:20 am breakfast area was chaos . They ran out of milk , only one container had cereal , no breads, no fruits . We asked staff to refill they said they don’t have milk and fruits, they gave container with oat milk partially filled . “We were accused of smoking in the room and got charged 250$ over it and we dont even smoke. There was no talking to them about it so we just ate that 250$. The maids leave the balcony doors open while they clean and the balconys are EXTREMELY close together so if someone was smoking while they were cleaning then of course they would smell it in that room even if it was someone on the floor below them smoking on the balcony. I walked back into the room before we left and it DID NOT smell like...

“Beautiful hotel however an alarm went off at 230am causing all guests to evacuate and not 1 employee addressed us or directed us to any further instructions. Was not very pleased with that as I was awake for the night.”

“It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! ”

“Clean room, spacious room since we did the suite. I just wished we had more storage space for clothes but we used the bar where the microwave was for our clothes and made it work for us . Friendly staff. Would stay there again! Easy walk to Aquarium and children’s museum.”

We went with our kiddos and the location was perfect to visit the aquarium, discover museum and other attractions. ”
