“We booked this place early morning for two nights. It was a fantastic property and well equipped however the communication with someone that either works there or the owner was impossible. Terrible check in experience.( the only bad thing about the place) You require a code to get into to the property and the room. We never received any instructions and both phone numbers were automatically being transferred to voice mail. Also no response to several email. We waited in front of the property...

“Stayed 3 nights at Annick House. Felt like our house from the start. Just safe, comfortable and convenient. Great hosts with history to Nelson. Fabulous fresh breakfast.Nick helped us tour, walking routes and taxis. Had great beer at his pub! Little Thai takeaway near his house had fresh dinners at reasonable price. Had our first NZ pie at downtown bakery.. too good. Nelson will be hard to beat.”

“Greeted by Bill and given the tour of our room and the lounge area we could access exclusively. Guided to a range of dining options in Picton, which was appreciated. The room was spacious, with a view over their abundant garden. Separate kitchenette area off the bedroom. Goodies included delicious grapes, plunger coffee and a good selection of teas. “On the website I thought it was a Tee Pee in a farm paddock. But there are multiple accommodations on the farm so not as private as I thought! The Tee Pee was old & mouldy. The single beds were not suitable for adults. Too short. Even one bed base had mould on it. I lifted up my pillow to find a spider underneath. While styled with cowboy Indian theme it could of been done so much better. Rather tacky & tired. The bathroom was our life saver. It was lovely and only a few meters from the Tee Pee....

“My family really enjoyed their stay! The apartment was tidy, cozy and had everything they needed for the duration of their stay. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful area, close to playgrounds, amenities, public transport and the state highway. I can highly recommend Peace's apartment”
