Downtown Luxury Condo w / Lower Harbour Views - 2200 SF 8 posti letto comodamente

Benvenuti a Watermarq 1, il condominio al primo piano del Watermarq Condominium Building situato all'angolo tra Lakeshore Boulevard e Spring Street. Un edificio storico riportato in vita nel 2007 quando è stato rinnovato in tre appartamenti (uno per piano, solo il primo piano è in affitto), tutti con una vista meravigliosa sul porto inferiore nel centro di Marquette. Il condominio ha vista sul porto inferiore dalla camera da letto principale, dal soggiorno e dalla zona pranzo. Sarai a pochi passi da tutto ciò che il centro di Marquette ha da offrire, tra cui Ellwood Mattson Park, ristoranti, bar, pista ciclabile, museo per bambini, Biblioteca pubblica di Peter White, spiaggia, frangiflutti ecc. Abbiamo passeggini, pak-n-play, seggioloni e molto altro disponibile su richiesta. Otto persone possono essere facilmente accolte con una camera matrimoniale, una camera matrimoniale, una regina e una camera completa e un divano letto matrimoniale nella grande sala. E ho menzionato i pavimenti in cemento macchiato e il calore nel pavimento!?! Adorerai questo posto!

Questo condominio si trova al primo piano. Si entra nel condominio attraverso una grande area di fango, che si apre in una grande sala ENORME contenente un soggiorno con sezionale e TV, una zona soggiorno separata con divano letto matrimoniale e due sedie da club perfette per un po 'di recupero o una serata di gioco in famiglia, una sala da pranzo per 8 persone comodamente e una cucina gourmet con 4 posti a sedere sull'isola. Ci sono anche tre camere da letto che si aprono sullo spazio principale e due bagni completi. Include una master suite con camera da letto principale, un bagno con un'enorme cabina doccia in marmo, una vasca idromassaggio e una cabina armadio (che funge anche da spazio extra per qualcuno in una sala giochi. All'altra estremità della cucina c'è una suite per gli ospiti della regina con una camera da letto e un bagno con cabina doccia in marmo. Di fronte alla suite degli ospiti Queen c'è un'altra grande camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale un letto full size e una grande cabina armadio e zona lavanderia.

Il condominio ha anche WiFi, ovviamente, via cavo, un fornello a gas a quattro fuochi per cucinare, un portico caratteristico per sedersi fuori e godersi il panorama, un garage per una macchina per parcheggiare e riporre tutte le attrezzature e un parcheggio esterno in loco aggiuntivo anche. Spazio aggiuntivo è disponibile nel seminterrato (a cui si può accedere con l'ascensore) se necessario.

We were very impressed with this property. Great downtown location, harbor view and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shopping. We were especially impressed with the in floor heating which kept things quite comfortable even with the high ceilings. We definitely will book next time we are in town!

Got to stay at this wonderful condo with my family, all in all there were 8 of us. We could not have been in a more perfect location. Had a beautiful view of the ore dock and lake across the street (sunrise and sunset were amazing and perfectly visible right out the huge front windows!!), and were within walking distance of most things we wanted to do in town. The condo itself was awesome, clean, and well equipped with more than we could ever need. The heated floors were a wonderful amenity and the couch was suuuper comfortable.

My daughter and I stayed at this downtown condominium for a long weekend. She is a senior at NMU and I have visited her every fall since her freshman year. This is by far the best place we have stayed in. The location is perfect. I could hop right on the trail to run along Lake Superior in the morning and we easily walked all around the downtown area to shops and restaurants. The condo was spacious, very clean and well-stocked. Check in was easy and with convenient parking which isn't always the case when staying in this area. The owner communicated effectively and even reached out to let me know the Northern Lights were going to be active the night I arrived. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This condo was perfect for my family's trip to Marquette - spacious and well equipped and stocked. The location was also stellar and convenient and I would most certainly rent again when returning to Marquette! The only minor drawback was that the beautiful large windows pictured in the photos did not all have drapes installed and the unit is on the ground floor on a somewhat busy street so privacy felt lacking, especially at night.

Loved the high ceilings and overall furnishings and decor. Great for a family trip. Games and toys for young kids was a plus. Location is amazing, view of the lake and old ore dock, walkable to everywhere in the downtown area, great parking onsite. Would definitely stay here and and recommend it.

This property was exceptional! It fit three families with children very comfortably and everyone had their own space. The host was fabulous with communication and stocking requested items (age appropriate toys for child). The location is withing walking distance to everything you'd like to see in Marquette: beaches, dining, craft breweries, shopping and walking trails. We walked to Presque Isle one morning (a bit over 8 miles round trip). While the weather can be unpredictable in Marquette, we had beautiful weather with only two days of rain-which cleared out in the afternoon. Only recommendation is a deep clean. The air vents in the master bathroom need attention and dust/cobwebs in several of the decor pieces. Definitely not a deal breaker. I am sure with the amount of renters, it is challenging to have enough time to attend to things like that with a one day turn over. Would highly recommend this condo! We hope to return next summer.

This condo was the perfect launching pad for our Marquette adventures. The location is walking distance from everything downtown Marquette has to offer plus a short drive from many other attractions. The hosts were very responsive to a few questions that came up during our stay including speedy delivery of extra batteries for the remote for the motorized window shades. The condo is as shown in the pictures and was perfect for our group of 7. The kitchen is beautifully equipped for a rental and we were easily able to enjoy a few basic meals at home. We will definitely stay again sometime when we are back in Marquette!

We’ve stayed in several Marquette properties and saved the best for last! This is the best location in town and if it rains you can cozy up to the fireplace and still watch the Ore Dock and lake through the large windows. It was so awesome to celebrate graduation with family in this peaceful, well appointed spot. Don’t hesitate book it!

This condo is everything it claims to be and more! Beautiful property with plenty of room. Perfect location for us, nearly everything within walking distance, and amazing sunrises. Brooke was a great host, check-in and out were easy, and she was very responsive to questions. Great experience. We hope to rent this condo again soon!
