NEW! Indoor Hot-Tub! Spacious & Updated home conveniently located in Marquette Township. *Indoor Hot-tub & Entertainment area. Perfect for all renters. Located in a more quiet part of town, this is perfect for all your outdoor activities but still close to Downtown MQT, all the shops and restaurants. Snowmobiling, skiing, hiking, snow biking, walking trails and excellent scenery. The house is great for families, couples, business travelers, and small groups. Free Parking.

The space
Spacious, open concept house. Featuring 2 bedrooms. (1) King size bed. (1) Double size bed. (1) Twin size bed. 1 fully remodeled bathroom! The kitchen has all newer appliances and also has all needed cooking and eating supplies. Large driveway offers plenty of parking spaces. Good size back porch for entertaining aswell as a BBQ grill. A Smart TV, WiFi, Netflix and such is included.

You have access to the whole house. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, dining room, living room and front yard.

Husband and I stayed three nights with our 3 & 5 yr old and small dog. It was one of our favorite rentals. The house was spotless and well stocked, making it easy to settle in. I especially appreciated the simple, wall-mounted decor. No fragile knickknacks to worry about with little ones. The layout was great: kids’ room across the hall, and the living room far enough from bedrooms to enjoy TV after bedtime. Mattress was very comfortable. Towel and blankets a plenty!The hot tub in the garage was relaxing once it cooled from 107 to 98. The kitchen was spacious, and the bathroom had plenty of hooks for towels & swimsuits. Living room furniture was cozy and “lived in,” which made it feel relaxed and kid- and dog-friendly. We loved curling up for a stormy movie night.The front yard worked well for dog potty breaks. Just note that the back porch overlooks a gravel driveway only (no grass for kids/dog). Location was pwrfect. Close to groceries (Marquette Co-op), Munising, and Morgan Falls, in a quiet, safe neighborhood.Tyler was friendly and responsive once we got through some cell service issues (Verizon). No major issues during our stay. I’d highly recommend this home to families and pet owners. Only suggestion for a perfect rental: add some chip clips to the utensils drawer and a couple hooks near the front door for keys or coats. We'd absolutely stay again.

This well-maintained and updated property offers a fantastic outdoor location for MQT enthusiasts. It’s conveniently situated on a main neighborhood street, just a 5-7 minute drive from various attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with a charming bar and grill serving up delicious pizza and takeout. Take a quick stroll down the street for a refreshing change of pace.One of the property’s greatest advantages is its central location. It’s an ideal spot to explore the NTN North Trails, offering hiking and biking opportunities. The Wright Street Parking (near the Power Plant) provides easy access to these trails, and there are also bike routes to the Lakeshore & Iron Ore Heritage Trail. Additionally, it’s a short drive to popular destinations like Sugar Loaf or Presque Park, making it a perfect base for adventure seekers. Don't forget the pump track a block away.The garage is a significant plus, providing ample storage space for bikes. The hot tub was exceptionally clean, and the owner diligently maintained it with weekly chemical treatments.The house has a comfortable layout and is well-equipped with essential kitchen items and streaming TVs. The comfortable mattresses in the beds ensure a restful night’s sleep. The two window AC units efficiently kept the temperature down, even on the hottest MQT days. There are plenty of towels, a front-loading washer and dryer, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay.We highly recommend this property.

Loved the location. Very clean. Got to relax in the hot tub! Close to where we were exploring. Comfy chairs in the living room. The only thing is the mattresses were not very comfy. Overall it was a great place! Would definitely stay again!

Thoughtfully Stocked, Exceptionally Hosted

We've stayed at dozens of vacation rentals, but this property stood out. Fully stocked with everything we needed, it was the little details that made the stay extra special. Marquette’s stunning trails made for incredible days of hiking and connecting with nature, and unwinding in the hot tub afterward was the perfect way to end each adventure. Tyler went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making this one of the most seamless and enjoyable stays we've had. Highly recommend!

Locals wanting a getaway. Great Location! Quiet, comfortable, relaxing. Hot tub was so nice.

The location is awesome. Starbucks delivered our coffee hot in 15 minutes. We are locals (1hrs away). We rented for two nights for a doctor appointment/birthday celebration. We had such a great stay. The home was so clean and well kept. Easy check-in/checkout. Laid back/easy to follow instructions. Excellent communication. The home was quiet, and comfortable. The beds were so comfortable. We slept great. Covered back porch with lighting and furniture. A relaxing living room with cozy blankets, and an electric fireplace. The generous hot tub with powerful relaxing jets is a short walk to a separate well insulated garage. The garage has the best lighting options. There is a tv (we never used), a small stereo w/bluetooth, and surround sound speakers. A high top table with stools next to the hot tub was convenient for drinks, towels and devices. Plenty of clean towels inside and outside the rental. Immaculately kept property. We will rent again, and recommend to our out of town family who frequent the area. We had a great stay!

Perfect MQT Basecamp

We met our kids in Marquette, they are Michigan Tech students, for a little spring break visit. The property worked out great, it’s very close to downtown. Very close to Marquette Mountain and bike trails. The hot tub was awesome after skiing and biking. The property was just perfect. We loved the TV room watched a couple of movies. Five stars, will definitely stay again.

Winter break get away!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! House was in perfect location to explore Marquette! Everything was about a 8 minute drive! Hot tub was very relaxing after a day of skiing! Kitchen had everything you need! Looking forward to coming back for a summer adventure!!
