Master Bedroom: Spacious suite with a king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. An extra bed can be added upon request.

Second Bedroom: 12 m² room with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. A full bathroom is conveniently located just across the hallway.

Third Bedroom: Includes a full en-suite bathroom, a private kitchenette with fridge, and a double bed. An extra bed can be added upon request.

Fourth Bedroom: Features two single beds, a full en-suite bathroom, a private kitchenette with fridge, and the possibility of adding an extra bed upon prior request.

The common areas include a spacious living area adaptable to your needs, with air conditioning for maximum comfort. There is also a video projector with surround sound system and three comfortable sofas — perfect for enjoying movies or live concerts.

Outdoors, you can unwind in the swimming pool and jacuzzi. For entertainment, the villa also offers a billiard table and a dartboard, among other games.

Optional extras such as a baby cot or sofa bed are available to tailor the stay to your family’s needs.

3️⃣ During your stay: We will be available to assist you with any questions. If you would like recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities, transportation, or any local tips, we will be happy to help. You can easily reach us through the Airbnb chat for a quick response.

4️⃣ Check-out: On your departure day, we kindly ask that you confirm your approximate departure time so we can organize the check-out as smoothly as possible.
If you plan to leave earlier than the standard check-out time due to flight connections, please let us know, as this helps us optimize the cleaning schedule.
If you would like a late check-out, it must be requested at least three days in advance. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve an additional fee, as we need to coordinate with our cleaning staff accordingly.
