“Staff super friendly, clean for the most part we just had really noisy neighbors maybe when they build this hotels add more insulation so it won’t be as noisy also no carpet we loved it but also doesn’t absorb the noise from upstairs”

Comfortable bed & pillows, lots of big mirrors, comfortable couch, large room, big TV, big closet. Good free movies. Staff is very nice and helpful. Salt water pool was nice. Although I didn’t take advantage of it, they have a lot of very nice outdoor seating.

I’ve never been in a hotel that hasn’t cleaned a room during a five nights stay until now. When I arrived, they asked me if I wanted cleaning daily or every other day, I chose every other day. Although I did put the do not...

“I normally have an incredible stay at the Heathman but this time not so much. I had poop smeared in my bathroom upon checking into the room. The a/c was not working well and I sweated all night. The front desk lady was rude and made me feel like a hindrance for asking the poop be removed from my bathroom.
I will say—there was one front desk lady that was super kind and helpful. The restaurant was also delicious per usual and they were really kind.
Be mindful that the kitchen closes before...
