“Hi,
The breakfast was great, thank you. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room I booked. There was sand-like debris on the floor near the AC/heater unit, and I found hair on the bathroom wall and in the bathtub.
The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival.
Unfortunately, this will be our first and last stay at this hotel.
I hope this feedback can help improve your housekeeping standards.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful one night stay in our single king room that overlooked the small pond/lake. It is located adjacent to a business park but was a very quiet area despite that and being near the airport. The facilities were all extremely clean and the room was spotless and well laid out. Toiletries were serviceable quality; towels were plentiful and lobby provided a coffee machine and water dispenser. Staff at the location were all extremely professional, courteous, and helpful....
