“Acabo de hacer una reservación y me equivoqué en la fecha sólo quise cambiar el día y no me lo permitieron yo ya me había quedado en el hotel ósea era clienta de ellos y ni así me ayudaron”

“After checking into the hotel and going to my room, I noticed that there was no desk chair. I informed the front desk, and the staff member brought a chair from another room, which I appreciated. However, the room had a significant number of flying bugs. I reported the issue and requested a room change if possible. The staff told me that no other rooms were available and that they would clean the room instead. When I returned later that evening, the same bugs were still in the room....

“The room was fine. The indoor/outdoor pool was taken over by a huge group of young kids the first day we were there and was not available for the next two days we were there. That was one of the reasons we booked there. Very disappointed. The staff kept telling us it was being cleaned. It would be available later. It NEVER WAS! You would think that a complimentary breakfast would have been a nice compensation for the lack of the pool for 2 days. But NO it was still 21.00 a plate. Very poor...
