Guest house a Marsa Matrouh

“Personale gentile ed accogliente specialmente in reception.Da lodare il responsabile dei teli spiaggia che si da veramente da fare anche per quanto riguarda l'accoglienza e la manutenzione spiaggia. Ottima la colazione e la cena, sempre varie e molto gustose.Complimenti al capo chef Ahmed e al suo secondo, per la professionalità,la gentilezza,la conoscenza della lingua italiana, per cui ci ha saputo spiegare anche i piatti locali che preparava. Spiaggia privata e attrezzata, mare fantastico.”

“It was lowbseason ans there were only a couple of otherr people there. At times nobody in reception for hours. We had half board and theyvwould bring meals to thevroom at irregular times and then Dishes could sit in the hallway for a day and a half with bugs and cats eating off of them. Better to go during high season if you actually want service and cleanliness”

“Personnel is kind, quite environment and the beach is fabulous ”

“Awesome facility. Amazing food and staff, more than I was expecting. I recommend this place to everyone who want to go this hotel you will not be disappointed. Beautiful beach and pool. The only downside is the area around is still developing and a lot of construction and empty lots but once you are at the property you don’t even notice that. Hopefully when everything is done the area around the property will be more beautiful but do not let that stop you to go you will enjoy your time .”

“Personale molto attento e cortese, camera pulita e spazi molto belli”

Extremely poor /disastrous service - clueless staff, no thought or consideration to guest experience, people running around without any clear idea or direction to guide guests 3. Place is an active construction site with lot of sand, dust, construction material and unpleasant vacation experience (noise, pollution, etc) 4. Room was hot and humid, unclean, major fly problem, toilet was broken (toilet...

“We drove 7 hours from Cairo to the North Coast only to find out that the property was still under construction. We almost had to sleep in our car. This was an incredibly stressful experience and completely ruined the start of our trip. A property under construction should never be listed as...
