On the second floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds and a bookcase
- A bathroom with shower, bath and toilet

The house is ideally situated in Marsac, in a very pleasant setting. In the neighbouring villages (Saint-Clar, Lavit de Lomagne), you’ll find all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
The property is just 3 km from three towns on the GR65 and the Way of St James (La Chapelle, Poupas and Gramont), making it ideal for pilgrims and keen walkers!
